ตั้งอยู่กลางเมืองเก่า เสมียนแผนกต้อนรับใจดีและช่วยเหลือดี ห้องพักโดยทั่วไปดี แต่กาต้มน้ําในห้องสกปรกมากและไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดอย่างเห็นได้ชัด รูปร่างก๊อกน้ําในห้องนั้นแปลกและแข็งเกินไปที่จะให้น้ํา และสวิตช์ฝักบัวก็เสียและบางครั้งก็ไม่ตอบสนอง ลิฟต์หยุดทํางานในตอนเช้า สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดูเหมือนโรงแรมอเมริกันที่มักจะจัดการผิดแทนที่จะเป็นโรงแรมโปแลนด์ซึ่งบอกตามตรงฉันไม่ชอบ โรงแรมคลาสสิกเก่าของโปแลนด์มีบริการและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ดีกว่าในราคาที่ถูกกว่า

Should be a 5 as it's a lovely ,well situated hotel & everything was perfect until our last morning when very very noisy drilling started outside our room at 7.30am. We have a late flight today & we're looking forward to a lie in before a long day. The noise was dreadful & ruined our last day in Poland

Located near the bridge to the Old Town and Bus Terminal. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent for the price range. Water server machine is available in the hallway. The receptionists and clerks are kind and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room were empty and the sound proof is weak and I always heard the heavy banging noise of closing doors from other rooms, even after 23:00.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town but close to the bus station and main route to the airport. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The carpet was stained but the room was very clean otherwise. The shower was very good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We didn’t eat in the restaurant otherwise but did have a drink in the bar. The bar is not cosy and closes at 10 pm.

This was a wonderful experience. I'm LeYs skeptical of written reviews but now I am writing one Location and staff could not be beaten. Simply one of the best I have experienced. Breakfast fantastic The room was good. I won't say it was spectacular. It was good enough. Walking into the hotel each day was pleasant. It feel good and comfortable

พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์และพนักงานห้องอาหารบริการเป็นกันเองและชอบอาหารเช้า เนื่องจากผมเข้าพักก่อนโรงแรมต้องออกก่อนสิบสองโมง ปรากฎว่าผมคาดว่าจะไปฝากกระเป๋าที่โรงแรมก่อน แต่พนักงานบริการช่วยจัดห้องให้ทันทีเพื่อให้ผมได้เช็คอินก่อนเวลา

The hotel is very good , Breakfast is super amazing But staff was not good. I will not stay here again, The bowling area incharge Paul, mid- behaved us and he doesn’t even. Know how to talk with guests/ customer. It seems, he’s a raciest coz of my ethnicity. Rest everything is fine .

Friendly welcoming service, brewery restaurant at the premices serves wide range of dining options, with even the evening buffet included providing substancial hearty dinner of good quality and option. Budget room is not so spacious but functional and neat .

It’s an amazing place and the service is great. But the tram line was right under my window and every time the tram passed by my room would literally shake! Of course it woke me up early in the morning. It is really a shame because the rest of it is perfect.

Great apart style hotel very modern clean, service was exceptionally helpful. A real gem on the map of Torun where clean modern and relatively affordable stays are few and far between.
