Most of my stay in Iloilo was very enjoyable. The hotel has a great location right beside SM Mall, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was served buffet-style with a good variety of choices, making each morning pleasant and relaxing.

Directly connected / very close to SM City Iloilo — extremely convenient if your priority is easy access to the mall. Rooms are well-equipped (TV, mini-bar or similar, etc.), and there are amenities like lobby bar, potentially meeting rooms if needed. Great for shoppers, people arriving late, or anyone who wants minimal commute. Good balance between comfort and convenience.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Iloilo. The staff are so NICE, they are very accommodating and approachable. I want to stay here again next year. My parents are so happy. Thank you, Richmonde!

It's okay ,nice location comfy beds and good wifi which i the s main reason to stay with them after the brownout in Bacolod .

We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

Facilities are good. Though it’s located near the airport, it still offers great convenience — there’s a nearby restaurant that serves delicious Filipino dishes, and the staff are all friendly. There’s also a laundry shop close by. The hotel is affordable, clean, and well-maintained. If you’re coming from far away and have a flight at an odd hour, I definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here frequently, but always get the King. This time I opted for a queen, and will never do that again. What I got was two single beds jammed uncomfortably together which made for an unpleasant sleeping arrangements. I will not stay here again unless it's the King from now on. The facilities themselevs are OK but food is way overpriced and so you re forced to go elsewhere - which involves cabs as nothing is in walking distance.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Pros: ✔️Malapit sa port to Guimaras ✔️Malapit sa University of Iloilo (eto lagi yung landmark namin kapag sumasakay kami ng jeep) ✔️Malapit sa Robinsons ✔️May mini market sa harap ✔️Sa lahat ng na-inquire namin na hotel, eto yung pinakamura na may pool access until 9pm. Mas mura if direct sa hotel ang booking since nag extend kami ng 1 night nakaless kami ng 150 pesos. ✔️Sobrang bait ng mga staff nila. Very accommodating and lagi naka-smile. Cons: 🙂about 30 mins ang layo sa SM Iloilo, Festivewalk and Casa Emperador 🙂 1-2 hours ang layo sa Iloilo International Airport (sakay kayo pa-SM, may Van na papuntang airport, 100php lang instead of Grab)
