it was my first time visiting boracay and i didnt regret staying in newcoast! i loved my hotel room so much that i barely leave my room. if youre looking for a hotel that will offer you a slow days you should book this hotel.

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก! เราจองบ้านพักฤดูร้อน พักที่จุดเริ่มต้น ในระยะทางสบายๆ เพียง 5 นาทีจากทะเล บริเวณนี้สวยงามมาก เขียวขจี มีสไลเดอร์สำหรับเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ สระว่ายน้ำหลายสระ อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยพร้อมวิวทะเลบนระเบียงฤดูร้อน เราไปนวดกัน เป็นการนวดที่ยอดเยี่ยม! พนักงานที่ยอดเยี่ยมและเป็นมิตร บริการทำความสะอาดที่ดีเยี่ยมทุกวัน คะแนนแค่ 10 เต็ม 10 ❤️ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือยุงในห้องแต่เข้าใจได้ว่าเป็นโรงแรมสวน เราซื้อเครื่องไล่ไฟฟ้าจากร้านค้าใกล้บ้าน และปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไขแล้ว นั่งบนระเบียงในตอนเย็นเราฉีดสเปรย์กัน ดังนั้นเมื่อทำการจองให้คำนึงถึงสิ่งนี้และซื้อสิ่งนี้

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t beachfront. You need to walk about 7 minutes to reach the beach. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

Sobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord. May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra. Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊 Thank you po sa inyo. God bless sa business 😌🥰🫶

ครั้งแรกที่ผมมาเที่ยวโบราเคย์คือปี 2012 กับเพื่อนๆ เราพักที่ La Carmela De Boracay จำได้ว่าตอนนั้นยังเป็นแค่ตึกหลักของโรงแรม เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ผมเพิ่งกลับมาเกาะและตัดสินใจจองที่นี่อีกครั้งเพื่อให้ครอบครัวได้ลองพัก เราได้ห้องพรีเมียร์ดีลักซ์ ซึ่งอยู่ฝั่งส่วนขยายของรีสอร์ท ปกติลิฟต์จะแน่นมากเพราะมีกลุ่มประชุมระหว่างที่เราพัก Wi-Fi ฟรีก็หลุดบ่อยเหมือนกัน หมายความว่าการทำงานจากที่บ้านจะไม่เหมาะ เว้นแต่จะมีอินเทอร์เน็ตส่วนตัว อีกอย่างคือค่อนข้างยุ่งยาก [สำหรับพี่ชายผม] เพราะไม่มีพื้นที่สูบบุหรี่ ห้องพักของเราพักได้ 5 คน แต่ด้วยเหตุผลบางอย่าง เราได้รับผ้าเช็ดตัวแค่สี่ผืน เราขอเพิ่มอีกผืน แต่ต้องขอถึงสามครั้งกว่าจะได้ ไม่แน่ใจว่าทำไม เราโทรไปถามแผนกต้อนรับหลายครั้งแล้ว และพวกเขาก็คุยง่ายมาก พ่อแม่ของฉันชอบสระว่ายน้ำและบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าทุกวัน วันสุดท้าย เราตื่นขึ้นมาเจอน้ำในห้องเพราะฝนตกหนัก แต่น้ำก็ไหลลงมาทันที หากคุณมีงบจำกัดและกำลังมองหาโรงแรมติดชายหาดในย่านสถานี 2 ลองพิจารณาที่นี่ดูนะคะ แม้ว่าจะมีปัญหาเล็กน้อยบ้าง แต่เราก็มีความสุขกับการเข้าพัก 4 วัน 3 คืน ขอแนะนำเลยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะพนักงานทุกคนเป็นมืออาชีพมาก ให้ 5/5 เลยค่ะ! หมายเหตุ: ใช้บริการรถรับส่งสนามบินโดยตรง (ไป-กลับ) เพื่อความสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น :)

Very disappointing experience at Solina. This was supposed to be a special family dinner and stay because I have recommended this place many times before. Unfortunately, this visit was the worst we’ve had. First, the food during our family dinner package was extremely disappointing. When the dishes were served, everything was already cold. The portions were also shockingly small considering the price. The Daing na Bangus, which costs ₱550 per serving, was about the size of a small saucer. The stuffed squid (₱530) was literally spoon-sized. The calamares was mostly thick flour coating with very little squid inside. For the price we paid, the quality and portion sizes were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the service from the front desk. I called to request another laundry bag because only one plastic laundry bag was placed in the room even though there were two guests checked in. Considering Solina is a beach resort, it’s very normal for guests to have wet clothes and extra laundry. I was told that they only provide one plastic bag and that an additional one would cost ₱20. This was surprising because this is already my fourth time staying at Solina, and in previous visits we were never charged when asking for an extra laundry bag. Our clothes were very wet and simply asked if they could provide any plastic bag, but the front desk staff refused. After I ended the call, I picked up the phone again about 10 seconds later to talk to them, but it seemed they had not hung up their phone properly. I clearly heard them mocking me and saying, “Si Attorney na naman?” That was extremely rude and very unprofessional. From the reservation process, to check-in, to the food, and especially the attitude of the front desk staff , this experience was very disappointing. I used to recommend Solina to my workplace and family, which is why we even chose to hold our family gathering here. Sadly, this visit made us regret that decision. The food was bad and overpriced, and the front desk staff were rude and disrespectful behind guests’ backs. Definitely not the experience we expected.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

My stay at Richmonde Hotel Iloilo was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. As a business traveler, I greatly appreciated the hotel’s strategic location, which made it very convenient to access nearby establishments, meeting venues, restaurants, and transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the guest room, every area was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, organized, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. The service was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, professional, and attentive to every request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team made sure that all my needs were promptly addressed. I was also impressed with the hotel amenities. The facilities were complete, functional, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, the room amenities were sufficient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and conducive for rest and work. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo provided a seamless, comfortable, and satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers and even leisure guests looking for quality accommodation in Iloilo. I would definitely love to stay here again.
