Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. I stayed overnight at Injap Tower Hotel and overall had a smooth and convenient experience. The location is perfect, right in front of SM Mall and close to everything you might need. Check-in was fast, and my room was clean with a lovely view overlooking SM Mall and even the sunset. The only downside was the air conditioning. It was a bit noisy and felt a little run down, even turning off a few times during the night. I was too tired to report it since I had an early appointment the next morning. And also the wifi was slow. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and hassle free. Check out was also quick and efficient. A convenient choice for a short stay.

It’s a very pleasant hotel at a quite reasonable rate. The restaurant is exceptional. The rooms are a little bit tired but it’s still good. All the staff have been very helpful. The swimming pool was very nice. the location in the Center is exactly where I want to be close to the walkways water the historic buildings…

I have never doubted the hospitality of Ilonggos, as they have always been the sweetest among the Filipinos, but the hospitality and service of the hotel is not enough to give it a high rating. From the looks of it, the rooms are very clean, but we were disgusted with the sight of cockroaches and the smell of the toilet (which we assume to have come from the exhaust). Also, they don't change the towels every day even when you put the towel on the floor. They only get the garbage, and that's their way of 'cleaning'. Moreover, they did not put in their website that the pool is under renovation (I have booked this hotel specifically for the pool). I hope they will improve their cleanliness and amenities. Nevertheless, thank you for your services.
