Vond bij het diner de maaltijdsalade minimaal terwijl ik een grote besteld had. Daarbij had ik nog een extra broodplank besteld en die kwam pas toen ik de salade al op had. Toen we om 23.00 bij het hotel kwamen wilde we nog een drankje doen maar de bar was al dicht. Erg jammer.
Verder was het oke

Prima service en vriendelijk personeel.
Veel faciliteiten (ook wellness). Hotel wel gedateerd, maar kamers zijn gemoderniseerd.
Het restaurant was voor ons te sjiek met veel poespas. Je kon er niet een snelle hap/iets simpels eten.
Op de hotelvoucher stond dat we voor 12:00 uur moesten uitchecken. In de praktijk bleek dat tot 11:00 uur te zijn.

This hotel offers a lovely ambiance, creating a truly pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff.

a l'entree du parking, il y a un petit panneau avec un P (comme parking)avec (en anglais) Reserved to our guests, mais à l'accueil il m'a été dit que le parking etait payant, pas chér, je dois avouer, mais quand même. Et le sol de la douche avait un defaut qui faisait que il y a toujours de l'eau qui dort, et que j'ai trouvé à mon arrivée, ce qui veut dire que le nettoyage laisse a desirer.
petit-dejeuner correct pour le prix payé dans mon pack,(7.5€par personne)mais chér à mon avis si on le choisit a part

ผผู้เข้าพักIt was a nice stay, the first night I slept good coz also I was so tired. Hy check-in, I had to change four times coz, first room the gave to me was already occupied by someone else (they didn’t know) , second try, the gave me a room on the first floor but it was too big for me and I think it was also not so easy to find the lamp button (you can’t put your roomcard to turn-on the light just like the other hotels and this second room feels also a bit spooky for me. The third room was okay, was on the ground floor, but the TV doesn’t work. Then I’ve got the fourth room next to the third room amd this was okay👍🏼.

ผผู้เข้าพักEen gewoon hotel aan de rand van het centrum aan een drukke rotonde. Hier heb je overigens totaal geen last van. Het is zo’n10 minuutjes lopen naar het sfeervolle centrum. Wij hebben alleen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt en de bar in het hotel. Je auto kan je parkeren in de parkeergarage waar ook klanten van Dirk van de Broek parkeren, alleen heet Mercure ruimte gereserveerd. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en heel klant gericht. We zijn toch van plan om hier nog eens te komen. Top!

ผผู้เข้าพักI had a very pleasant stay at NH Centre Utrecht and would recommend it, especially for short business trips or city visits.
The location is the biggest advantage — right in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and key sights like the Dom Tower. Getting around the city is extremely easy, and everything you might need after work is just a few minutes away.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. They were also happy to give directions and local tips, which made the stay more comfortable.
The room was clean and well maintained, with all the essentials like good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It’s worth noting that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is common for central European city hotels, but still perfectly functional for a short stay.
A small downside is that you may hear some street noise depending on your room location, and the building has a more classic style rather than a modern business-hotel feel. Still, for the price and location, it offers very good value.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is a nice hotel with fantastic staff, who cannot do enough to meet the clients' needs - they really went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay for me.
However, the location of the hotel is not fit to host guests. The noise from the train tracks, particularly on the city facing side, is incredible. Easily the loudest room I have ever staying in, anywhere, in my life. I was close to tears thinking I would not have slept for several night in my stay. Thankfully, I was moved to a quieter side on the second night, which was still noisy, but nothing like the city facing side. It should just not be possible to ask anyone to pay for a room with loud noises until midnight, and from 5:20 AM. This is not a site fit for a hotel. Staff, however, were super kind and helpful.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe kennen hotel The President zakelijk al langer, sinds de jaren 90 was dit de standaard voor buitenlandse collega’s, voor onszelf boeken we privé als we voor een evenement in Utrecht moeten zijn.
De kwaliteit is prima en je kunt met het OV makkelijk per bus naar Utrecht centrum, halte is paar honderd meter lopen.
De auto kun je op de parkeerplaats van het hotel laten staan.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat hotel. So close to train station and concert hall which was reason for my visit with my daughter. Enjoyed the pool very much.breakfast was great. We had drinks in the bar on the evening .staff were all very friendly. Would definately go back again. Thank you to everyone there.
