ผังห้องค่อนข้างแปลก ตั้งแต่ประตูไปจนถึงหน้าต่างคือเตียง พื้นที่ซักล้าง และโต๊ะทำงาน ถ้าเปลี่ยนเตียงและพื้นที่ซักล้างก็จะดีขึ้น สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้กับสถานี Maastricht มาก เดินเพียง 3 นาที และพนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับก็ให้บริการดี โดยเฉพาะ Andre’ (ถ้าจำไม่ผิด เขาคือชายหนุ่มผมหยิกสีทอง) ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะ แต่สามารถยืมอะแดปเตอร์ได้ และมีน้ำขวดให้ 2 ขวดในห้อง

Inchecken duurde wat lang. Moest nog allerlei persoonlijke gegevens invullen, was makkelijker geweest als je dat thuis online al kan doen. Comfort kamer geboekt maar omdat de tv stuk was kregen we een gratis upgrade voor een junior suite, goed geregeld door receptie. Gelukkig maar want de comfort kamer was niet mooi en waardeloos uitzicht op daken. Wat ik slecht vond, er waren geen koffie/thee faciliteiten voor zo'n dure kamer. Er was een kluisje op kamer aanwezig maar de sleutel moest je halen bij receptie, hadden ze bij inchecken niet doorgegeven. Geen pen op bureau. 8 euro per nacht betalen voor parkeerplaats terwijl het niet gegarandeerd is. Toen we laat terug waren van de stad was er gelukkig net nog één plekje vrij. Hotel goed genoeg voor één nacht, zou niet langer willen blijven.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. We arrived earlier than 3 o'clock but were still able to check in because the room was ready. The room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just 120m away from train station. Abt 500m to city Center. No water & kettle in the room but they provide tea & coffee 24h in the lobby. There's soup till 11pm. Small room but clean. Can be quite noisy.

Goeie hotel kamers. Lekker bed om te slapen, voor 2 personen het zag er zeker mooi uit. We hadden een ruime kamer. Heerlijk bad niks mis mee met de badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk eten. Naar het Centrum 15 min lopen. Dierentuin 15 min lopen. Mondo verde 20 min fietsen. Mooie fiets/loop omgeving. Wij verbleben 4 dagen

Beautiful exterior, but the interior feels very dated. The whole place would benefit greatly from some investment. Economy rooms resemble dorms: creaky floors (charming at first, but disruptive at night with people using the shared toilets), sagging mattresses, a broken bedside light, only one chair, no decorations, and no ceiling light. I realize we booked an economy room, but this felt extremely basic. On the first night, a party went on until 1:30 am. Guests should be informed in advance, and events shouldn’t run so late if the property also functions as accommodation. It’s also a shame that tours of the abbey come at an extra fee; this could easily be included for guests. Overall, the place feels more focused on making money than investing in guest experience. Lots of potential, but currently disappointing.

The hotel location is next to river , nice view I walk to coffee lover it coffee shop next to hotel which have good breakfast , room size is spacious and have thai restaurants near by , convenient to walk to market
