I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service. My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight! The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. The hotel's location is also a significant plus, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. It's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable. It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day. Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state. For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect. Service was impecable,I'm grateful. It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well. Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.

La habitacion 416 estaba sucia con un olor desagradable e insoportable que tuve que pedir me cambiaran de habitacion. Fuera de ese inconveniente todo bien

เราพักที่โรงแรมนี้เกือบทุกวัน อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกโดยรอบไม่ค่อยดีนัก และตัวเลือกอาหารก็ค่อนข้างจำกัด เราจึงไม่ค่อยกังวลกับอาหารจีนเท่าไหร่ โชคดีที่เราคุ้นเคยกับอาหารจีนอยู่แล้ว และถือเป็นตัวเลือกสำคัญสำหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายมากใกล้สนามบิน

ห้องเงียบมาก ตรงข้ามวิวภูเขา สวยตอนพระอาทิตย์ตกตอนบ่าย โรงแรมใหญ่มาก น่าจะเก่าไปหน่อย ห้องไม่มีหน้าต่าง โลเคชั่นดี ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel
