Location excellent. The desk lady was a lottle abrupt and welcome was not so warm. I tried to engage in conversation but it was very transactional and cold. Room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was basic but ok for free. Charged for coffee.

I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

Amazing place ! I really enjoyed my stay here ! The location couldn’t be better ! ( 5min from the city center,5min from the main bus station,and a great view of the shore ) the service was also excellent ! All the staff member were super helpful ! They fulfilled my wish about my lower bed request, and even agreed to transfer a night I paid before so I could go to Vík overnight :) the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking,storing your food . The bathrooms and toilets were clean and always available as they were many toilet and shower to use !

Room is a little bit small but comfortable. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good.

สภาพแวดล้อมดีและโดยรวมสะอาดมาก มีครัวสําหรับซื้อผักและทําอาหารเพราะไอซ์แลนด์มีราคาแพงมากและชาวยุโรปหลายคนทําอาหารเอง ข้อเสียคือไม่มีพนักงานและไม่มีใครตอบกลับเมื่อส่งอีเมล บาร์และร้านอาหารแยกจากกัน

It’s located very conveniently, but next to a pub/bar so could get a bit loud. Earplugs provided though. Saying that my sister and I are both deep sleeper so didn’t have any problem with the noise. The kettle was broken which was a shame.
