The service and the hospitality here were great, the staff were very helpful, and always welcoming me with a smile. The cleanliness was also on point.

The whole trip was great! Firstly, I stayed for 5 nights to attend an exhibition close by the hotel. Secondly, they were professional to have a staff member pick me up at the airport at almost 2am in the morning. Thirdly, they let be borrow a lighter and charger for my entire duration. Staff also helped me to get taxis every morning to the exhibition and pleasantly gave me directions and insights into everywhere else I wanted to go, like the Citadel, Mosque and bazaar. Anytime I needed complimentary water bottles, I could just order from the room or make a quick trip down to the lobby to pick up more. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. Next time I am in Erbil, I will stay here again. Thank you Dynasty Hotel Staff!

ห้องใหญ่พอและราคาค่อนข้างถูก แต่ติดถนนเสียงดัง อาหารเช้าโอเค และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า การประเมินโดยรวม 3-4 ดาว แต่ในวันแรกที่เช็คอินมีปัญหากับช่องระบายอากาศ และก๊าซเสียถูกทิ้งไว้ในห้องของฉัน ซึ่งทําให้ฉันเกือบจะเป็นพิษ ฉันตื่นนอนตอนตี 2 กลางดึกเพื่อเปลี่ยนห้อง วันรุ่งขึ้นโรงแรมเหมือนไม่เคยได้ยินเรื่องนี้มาก่อน! ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้บอกขอโทษ รู้สึกอึดอัดเล็กน้อย!

โรงแรมดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกนี้ถือว่าดีในประเทศใด ๆ ยิมดีมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคืออาหารในโรงแรมแพงเกินไป

酒店安保很嚴可以放心，旁邊有個超市很方便。環境還行，衹住過這家也不好比較其他家。酒店有時會斷電，房間門鎖竟然是用電池的有時候開不了挺麻煩。其他都還好。
