Helmond Hotel

Magnificent hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel has a huge swimming pool, and the rooms were spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety and was excellent. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Gullan Mall. I highly recommend Helmond Hotel and will definitely stay here again.

It's supposed to be new but lots of things don't work and are broken down. Room we got on arrival was the size of a box despite them promising us a bigger room when we booked on the phone. The next day they moved us to a bigger room without any windows. It was dark like crazy. The receptionist said oh the rooms are clean so what's the problem. The aircon kept switching off throughout the night and back on again. The lights kept switching on throughout the night as well and we had to get up to switch them off. Happened every single night throughout our stay. WiFi in the second room was awful. Do not bother with this hotel

Excellent and very nice hotel
