Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

We expected only one double bed for three as shown while bookings but we were provided with one extra single bed and it was very clean and spacious with 3 sofa chairs, TV, Aircon and nice Closet. Both guys who worked at the reception were very friendly and went above and beyond to help and made our stay a very pleasant one.

This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day. This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.

I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level.

I’m booking for 1 double bed, when check in provide me two single bed. Small and can’t sleep well. Call to Receiption, reply fully booked and no single bed.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Despite the renovation of the lobby, it was not noisy or dusty. Service was impressive especially at the breakfast buffet. Chef came to our table every morning for special requests! We had an extra bed in our room and it was spacious to accommodate us! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Would stay again. Highly recommended! 👍😉🤩💕
