"Food and Service - Tachibana was a bit overpriced. When asked for additional soy sauce, no one could provide it to the room in spite of it being literally just pouring over some sauce onto a saucer. It was good, however, as it was very tasty and fresh. Generally, it was just ok. What made up for anything negative with regard to this category is that the staff were quite friendly. Location - Pretty good. It was very peaceful both in the daytime and at night. There are a bunch of establishments around it as well so that's pretty convenient. Cleanliness - Good. The common areas were well-maintained, and the rooms were made sure to be tidy. Facilities - The shower/bathtub area just kept pouring water over onto the bathroom floor nonstop. It's either the drain couldn't handle it or the angle of the floor wasn't headed toward the drain. During our whole stay, the floor was wet even with any sort of towel and shower curtain that should have prevented or lessened it."

"I booked online, so that when we arrived the hotel must be ready but we are still waiting and c/in at 2:10, but still so disappointed b’coz when i checked the exhaust fan in toilet can’t working so that, we transfer another room and so waisted time… But still not good, the aircon so noisy because the cover already broke , and I complained twice and always said they checked , but nobody come at the room… We stay 4, nights … I have photos but why can’t post on your page🙄"

"The food from the kitchen was nice. The place had hot water. 2 towels provided. Every pillow case had a stain on it which was suspicious in nature, so we elected to not use them and buy our own pillow. The sheet also, we bought 2 blankets, one to sleep on, one to sleep under. I booked and paid for until the 5th but left on the 3rd for another hotel accepting loosing money. The mattress was very uncomfortable and caused back pain. bring your own body wash and shampoo. The location is where I thought I wanted to be, but upon arriving, turns out it’s not much of a central hub. Traffic all day and all night. So clean so good, maybe not. Wouldn’t stay again."

"First of all , I requested for a quiet side and nice view  but we ended in a room that can often hear the people talking outside and a drainage or pipe view  , staff dragging the cart. Hotel facade or front side ís dark I am not sure if it has something to do with the ongoing construction. Room is outdated and needs more repairs and maintenance. Pillows are just oddly 3 pcs for a standard of 2 pax or guest in a room? Linens too old that needs replacement although it clean .The glass table was loose out how many times luckily never breaks . The toilet basin is clogging and water took time to drain. Shower glass door also loose out and a challenge to close as there’s a risk that it might fall and break if you are not careful in closing . Thêir all day dining restaurant has good food and taste only food was cold including the egg. It only improved after my husband fill up the survey the day before our departure."

"When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!"

"ลูกสาวของฉันและครอบครัวของฉันพักในห้องสวีทสําหรับครอบครัวสองคืนเมื่อ 29 กรกฎาคม 2023 ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พอ สิ่งเดียวที่เราไม่ชอบคือแต่ละห้องมีแมลงสาบ - แมลงสาบ 2 ตัว ลูกสาวของฉันบ่นเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้เพราะเรามีลูกอายุ 2 x 8 เดือนอยู่กับเรา แต่พนักงานต้อนรับตอบและพยายามจับและฆ่าแมลงสาบ อ่างล้างจานในห้องน้ําถูกปิดกั้นในระหว่างการเข้าพักครั้งสุดท้ายของเรา เครื่องปรับอากาศก็ดี โรงแรมเพียงแค่ต้องรักษาสุขอนามัยและความสะอาดและพยายามกําจัดแมลงสาบในโรงแรม มิฉะนั้นพนักงานโฮเยลจะดีมากกับโรงแรมที่มีทําเลที่ดีเพราะอยู่ใกล้เมืองหลักและตลาด"

"We stayed here during our Visita Iglesia. A quiet and spacious spot tucked away in Calamba, perfect for family gatherings or special celebrations like weddings and birthdays. The place has a relaxing garden vibe that feels far from the city, even though it’s easy to get to. The open layout is great for events, and there’s plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What stands out most is how flexible the space is—you can really make it your own depending on the occasion. Plus, it’s close to other resorts and attractions, which makes it easy to plan a full weekend getaway."
