This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

El hotel es muy conveniente si viajas desde Dublin a Galway, ya que se encuentra en la carretera y hay únicamenteunos minutos de desvío. Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno es buffet. Se aparca de forma gratuita.

Classic hotel in outside of the city center. The hotel is clean but it's a bit outdated, specially the toilets. The breakfast is correct, nothing special, but correct. Very convenient parking for free outside the hotel. Very unconfortable door in the corridors specially when you carry your luggage.

Hotel molto pulito e ben tenuto, personale super cordiale. Perfetto se si ha una macchina: l'hotel permette di avere un prezzo ridotto (abbiamo pagato 12 euro per circa 15 ore) per il parcheggio vicino. L'hotel é inoltre in una posizione centrale: in meno di 5 minuti a piedi ci si trova nel quartiere latino

We stayed on the 5th of September. It's a beautiful hotel.
We enjoyed everything about this place except the unbearable heat in the room. It was impossible to sleep. There was a portable fan but it was very noisy.And even when it's on, it wasn't helpful. No air conditioner. We had a very poor sleep.
And no matter how much we enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, food, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel, we would not stay here next time.

HHappy Trip@worldThis is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔
As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

ผผู้เข้าพักWe were given a beautiful room over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that. Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side. Location is unbeatable.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อI recently stayed at the Galmont Hotel in Galway and had a mostly positive experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city centre and key attractions.
However, the breakfast was disappointing, both in quality and value for money. At €25 per person, I expected a better selection and higher quality food. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations and felt overpriced.
Overall, it's a great place to stay, but I'd recommend looking for breakfast options elsewhere.

ผผู้เข้าพักAmazing accomodation in Athenry. We booked this accomodation because it was a 20 minute train ride from Galway and the lodge was a very short walk from the train station. We really enjoyed being at the Lodge at the Old Barracks. The accomodation had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. But what was a true highlight was the breakfast at the cafe below (included with our booking) - the food was so delicious and better than any other hotel breakfast I’ve had. Would come back just for the breakfast!!
Small note, the floor above creaked when the people moved around the room above which was a bit of a disturbance early in the morning or at night.
But overall, would 10/10 recommend!

HHilary MLovely poison by Spanish Arch and Galway west end. Room was spacious and clean breakfast had a good variety including continental and fresh fruit. Staff were polite. Overall a good stay.

LlimhansGreat place that I will definitely recommend to anyone. Location is central, easy to get to almost anywhere. Reception staff are friendly and resourceful, providing informations that you’ll need (such as things to do and places to go in Galway, tours available, and even the best pubs and food areas around) during check-in.
Common area is simply amazing. Room is clean and cosy with comfy beddings. Bathroom is clean and considerably big.
10/10 experience over here!
