It was a comfortable stay. The villa is excellent. The furniture upto standard. The kitchen is sufficient to cook meal 3 times daily. The ambience comforting and relaxing. The swimming pool is better in the summer. In the winter the temperature control system doesnt warm the pool enough to enjoy so better in summer time. A great stay for families.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Love the deco and cleanliness. The hotel is only walking distance to the High City and near to Dabab Viewpoints. The views of the city and mountains from the hotel is spectacular. The hotel buffets also very good.

المشكلة متكرره دائما وهي عدم توفر مناشف يعني ادخل الغرفه متوقع انه فيه منشفه للاستحمام لكن اتفاجأ مافيه واكلم العامل يقولي مافيه بسبب طلب الزباين هل يعقل هذي خدمه لاتعليق

خدمة ممتازه الفندق نضيف وجديد والاستجابة سريعه المكان إطلالته جميله والموظفين متعاونين شكرا جزيلا لكم

The hotel was clean and the room was a bit small but comfortable. They have housekeeping but you have to inform the front desk when you want them to clean your room and change your towels. They only have one key card upon check in which is a bit inconvenient because you need the card for electricity in the room and if you’re traveling with another person and the person is in the bathroom, they will be sitting in the dark when you have to pick up a delivery outside. The hot water in the bathroom runs out after one person takes a shower. It will take another 30 mins or so for the water to heat up again for the next person to shower.

فندق ممتاز نظيف ومرتب وموقع استراتيجي كل شي قريب من المطار كفيهات مطاعم اشكر الموظفات نوره وطيبه تعاملهم راقي جدا جدا جدا

ตั้งอยู่บนถนนวงแหวนรอบเมือง ขับรถประมาณ 15 นาทีจากสนามบินอับฮา เดินทางสะดวก ถนนรถด้านนอกค่อนข้างแออัด แต่พอปิดหน้าต่างก็ไม่สนใจเสียง เป็นโรงแรมที่ค่อนข้างใหม่ จึงมีปลั๊กไฟหลายจุดที่หัวเตียง ตู้เย็น เครื่องซักผ้า ดีมาก แต่เสียดาย Wi-Fi เสียและใช้งานไม่ได้ พนักงานก็ใจดี ปกติ

الفندق جميل جدا جدا جدا هناك ملاحظة بسيطة لاتذكر ارجوا من إدارة صيانة الفندق مراعاتها تصريف الماء بطي جدا في الدش الاستقبال جميل تشكر الأخت على ما قدمته ايضا موظف القهوة كريم ولبق جدا جدا جدا

My experience was very good , all staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms. Dalal .
