Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there
I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff especially Trestha was very welcoming and always ready to assist. The location was also very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. It made the trip very enjoyable. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Whenever I go to harbourbay, I will always stay in Zest Hotel. It is only 2 to 3 walk away from the harbourbay ferry terminal. Service staff and bellboy are equally friendly. Room service also top notch laundry services are super fast and economically priced. Although the breakfast do not have many dishes, it is tasty.
Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation.
I recently stayed at Harmoni One Convention Hotel and had a mixed experience.
We booked four rooms under the same reservation; however, the rooms were allocated on different floors and were scattered, which was inconvenient for our group. Room size was adequate and generally comfortable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, there was a serious issue during check-in. After the process was completed, my passport was not returned to me. I only realised this the following morning and went to the front desk to enquire. The staff on duty initially insisted that the hotel does not retain guests’ passports overnight as it is against their policy.
Upon my request, they agreed to investigate further and review the CCTV footage. It was eventually discovered that the staff who handled my check-in had inadvertently left my passport inside the scanner machine — overnight.
While I appreciate that the team eventually located and returned the passport, this represents a significant lapse in check-in procedure and document handling. Passports are critical travel documents, and greater diligence is necessary to prevent such oversights.
Overall, the room itself was acceptable, but the check-in experience requires substantial improvement to ensure guest security and confidence.

Ssimbe1985Very good hotel with a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the team for their hospitality. Highly recommended.
DDeeKwokHotel is at a convenient location - walking distance to the mall, food centres and many local stalls/markets.. also various massage spas surrounding the hotel (tho most close by 11pm).
Hotel breakfast has a good variety and family enjoyed most of the dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but would advise to air the room a bit as the rooms could feel a bit stuffy at first. The service team is friendly and sincere, wearing cheerful smiles 😃 .
SSamie 陈思绵Room is new and clean. Location is near the batam ferry terminal but further away from the city where restaurants and spas are located. If you want a quiet night to sleep, don't stay here! Blaring music from the tapas bar on Level 3 that goes till midnight! Or make sure you get a room that is far away from the tapas bar. The windows are not insulated and the loud music just went on and on. We were only there for 1 night so i didnt bother to ask to change our room. There's nothing much around the hotel area.
