โรงแรมดีมากเพราะยังใหม่อยู่ ทุกอย่างดูเรียบร้อยและสะอาด ห้องพักกว้างขวาง และฉันชอบเตียงเป็นพิเศษ ทีวีมี Google TV อยู่แล้ว และช่องเคเบิลก็ครบครัน ห้องพักทุกห้องอยู่ชั้นบน ดังนั้นวิวตึกระฟ้าสุราบายาจึงสวยมาก ฉันไม่ได้ลองอาหารเช้า และไม่มีเมนูรูมเซอร์วิสในห้อง ดังนั้นฉันจึงไม่สามารถพูดอะไรเกี่ยวกับอาหารได้ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีมินิมาร์ทอยู่ใกล้ๆ อาคาร Praxis ค่อนข้างว่างในตอนนี้ มีเพียงร้านอาหารสองร้านและร้านกาแฟ โดยรวมแล้ว โรงแรมนี้ดีกว่า Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya ระดับห้าดาวมาก และฉันก็สนุกกับการพักที่นี่มาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการเป็นหนึ่งในแขกคนแรกๆ

เราโชคร้ายที่ไฟฟ้าดับในวันที่เช็คเอาท์ ดังนั้นการขยายเวลาเช็คเอาต์ล่าช้าจึงไม่มีประโยชน์
การจำกัดน้ำแร่ที่โรงแรมจำกัดไว้เพียง 2 ขวดต่อห้องนั้นดูแปลกไปหน่อยและเป็นประสบการณ์ครั้งแรกสำหรับฉันเนื่องจากโรงแรมส่วนใหญ่อนุญาตให้เราขอเพิ่มได้เมื่อจำเป็น
นอกเหนือจากนั้นเรายังมีค่ำคืนที่สะดวกสบายที่มิดทาวน์ พนักงานก็เป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี

RRose AnnWe use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years.
Room is ok with warm and good water pressure.
They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

Check-In and Reception:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff members at the front desk were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Despite arriving slightly earlier than the standard check-in time, the reception team made every effort to accommodate me promptly, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay.
Room Quality:
I stayed in a beautifully appointed room featuring modern decor, plush furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning city view. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with Westin’s signature Heavenly® Bed ensuring restful sleep. Amenities such as a spacious work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar added to the convenience.
Facilities:
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The gym was large, modern, and well-equipped, catering perfectly to guests who wish to maintain their fitness routines. I also enjoyed the serene outdoor swimming pool, a perfect retreat for relaxation. The Heavenly Spa offered a luxurious experience, with professional therapists and a calming ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day.
Dining:
Dining at The Westin Surabaya was a highlight. The breakfast buffet at Magnolia Restaurant featured a vast selection of both local and international dishes, all beautifully presented and fresh. I also tried room service one evening, and the food arrived promptly, still warm, and well-prepared. The hotel’s attention to culinary detail truly enhanced the overall experience.
Staff Service:
Throughout my stay, the service was consistently outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with — from housekeeping to concierge to restaurant servers — was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
Location:
Situated adjacent to the upscale Pakuwon Mall, the location is highly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s also relatively close to the airport and key city attractions, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers.
Overall Impression:
The Westin Surabaya exceeded my expectations in every category. Whether you are visiting for business, leisure, or a special occasion, this hotel delivers a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. I would not hesitate to recommend The Westin Surabaya to anyone seeking comfort, impeccable service, and world-class hospitality in the heart of Surabaya.

CCarman Chewexceeded expectations in all regards.
from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior.
the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping.
and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge.
overall 10/10 will visit again.

ผผู้เข้าพักLocation is excellent, right smackdab in the middle of Surabaya's tourist center, the Old City or ”Kota Lama”. Cleanliness wise its okay, the bedsheets is the only thing that needs more cleaning. Service is excellent. And facilities wise, the only thing lacking is a hairdryer.

FFamilyTravelerเคยไปโรงแรมนี้หลายครั้งแล้ว และมันก็เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในบาตู เหลือเพียงห้องสุดท้ายคือตอนที่คนเต็ม อาหารเช้ามุ่งตรงไปที่ชั้นบนสุด คำแนะนำของฉันคือถ้าคุณถูกพาไปที่ชั้นบนสุดก็ควรขึ้นไปชั้นบนดีกว่าเพราะวิวดีมาก แม้ว่าอาหารจะมีให้เลือกไม่มากเท่าร้านอาหารชั้นล่าง แต่เราก็สามารถขอจากชั้นล่างได้เช่นกัน มันคือที่สุด

WWinny Zhangน่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมนี้ดีจริงๆ แต่ดูเหมือนไม่ได้รับการดูแลที่ดี ผนังผุ. ไฟดับแล้ว ประกอบไม่ครบบ้างมีบ้างไม่ครบบ้าง (เช่าห้องดีลักซ์ 3 ห้อง, ห้องชุดอาบน้ำส่วนเกิน, ห้องเตรียมอาหารส่วนเกินสั่งผ่าน WA) ถามก็ตอบเสร็จ🤭🤦🏻♀️). มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ 2 ผืน แต่ไม่มีเสื่อ ห้องดีลักซ์ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้า อ่างอาบน้ำ exce suite ที่แพงที่สุดไม่มีทิชชู่ สบู่ แปรงสีฟันให้ ซม. มีรองเท้าแตะ 😂. พนักงานเป็นกันเอง แต่ขออะไรยาวๆ

但是建議來住的小夥伴帶夠保暖的衣服 房間的空調衹有製冷沒有制熱 晚上會很冷很冷

The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. I especially appreciated the plush bedding and thoughtful amenities. The view from the room was also a plus, offering a peaceful cityscape that felt relaxing after a long day.
Breakfast was a highlight — the variety was impressive, from local Indonesian favorites to Western and Asian dishes. The pool area and lush garden surroundings made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a busy city.
Location-wise, it's conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and main roads, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene escape.
Would definitely recommend Shangri-La Surabaya to anyone looking for a five-star experience with genuine hospitality.

DDan SumardaniThe hotel is quite good and relatively cheap. I just want to highlight some of the things that can be improved easy and quick. One of those is the double secured lock that is broken in the door. It make the stay a little bit unsecured.
It only have one lock, the chain lock is broken.
