โรงแรมดูทันสมัยกว่า ทุกอย่างสะอาดและพนักงานต้อนรับให้การสัมผัสที่ดีเมื่อเราตรวจสอบ พนักงานต้อนรับอธิบายทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับโรงแรม แม้แต่บางคนก็ให้คําแนะนําร้านอาหารปลาย่างในบริเวณใกล้เคียงที่เราลองและพอใจกับคําแนะนํา เราพักแค่คืนเดียว แต่รู้สึกว่าเมอร์เคียวนี้น่าจะมาตรฐานของเมอร์เคียวอื่นนอกเมืองใหญ่ เตียงนอนสบาย อาหารและอาหารเช้าก็โอเค แม้ว่าราคาจะแพงไปหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่แพงมาก เราลองสระน้ําซึ่งค่อนข้างดีแต่ไม่ใหญ่เกินไป เช่นเดียวกับทุกสิ่งใน Pangkalan Bun โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินเพียง 20 นาที มีบริการไปส่งที่สนามบิน แต่เราไม่ได้รับเพราะราคาสูงเกินไป ในที่สุดเราก็ใช้แอพแท็กซี่ออนไลน์ที่ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเรียกใช้บริการของพวกเขา

Cukup lumayan sih dg harga murah dapat kamar yg lumayan, pelayan juga ramah, mau kemna² tempatnya enak , cuma sayangnya kamar nya jauh bangat lantai 3 naik tangga kecil agak ngeri juga kalo jatuh dan pas masuk kamar kamar nya agak bau yaa bau kaya ruangan lama gitu itu aja sih.

Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

โรงแรมที่สวยงามและสะอาดพร้อมพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรมาก ทีวีในห้องค่อนข้างเล็กและ wifi ต้องการการอัพเกรดเล็กน้อย อาหารอร่อยไม่ว่าจะสั่งรูมเซอร์วิสหรือทานอาหารในบริเวณรับประทานอาหาร เคยไปพักที่โรงแรมนี้หลายครั้งแล้วและวางแผนที่จะใช้อีกครั้งในอนาคต

Price are affordable and enough for transit or shortstay, staf are helpfull.

I informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused. Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way. Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.
