ฉันอยากจะแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมของฉันที่ Mercure Pangkalan Bun โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมห้องพักสะอาดสะดวกสบายและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมากตลอดการเข้าพักของฉัน อาหารก็อร่อยมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย หลังจากการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจเป็นเวลา 6– 7 ชั่วโมงผ่านสภาพออฟโรดฉันไม่เสียใจที่เลือกโรงแรมนี้เป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนและผ่อนคลาย นี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่ารื่นรมย์จริงๆและฉันขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคนที่มาเยี่ยมชมพื้นที่

Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

It is a nice hotel. The location is a bit out of town, and grab car is not so easily available so you have to wait for a bit before you can get a ride. My only main complaint is the room is too dark, there are not enough lights. I asked the reception if they could provide me an additional lamp or light but unfortunately they couldn't. The view from the room is nice.

เพิ่งมาถึง Palangka Raya จากการเดินทางอันยาวนาน เมื่อเราเข้าไปในโรงแรมเราได้กลิ่นบรรยากาศที่ดีในล็อบบี้ซึ่งรู้สึกอบอุ่น ผึ้งนั้นดีและสะดวกสบายและห้องปลอดบุหรี่ก็มีกลิ่นสดชื่น พนักงานก็ดีมาก แนะนํามาก 👌🏽

Lovely place with a beautiful garden and traditional architecture. I strongly recommend the bedrooms with view on the garden!

Large well appointed room. Great service. Right at the centre of town. A mall where I was able to buy reading glasses. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel room is nice clean smell good becaus its new. But so many kids and but noise haha Breakfast so so Swimming pool was very dirty

Very rare level.of family service and care..good facilities ,quiet location and nice atmosphere.
