Had an alright stay. Service was brilliant especially during breakfast. Delicious food, cooked very nicely. Kind and talkative staff, friendly attitude.
Hotel room was very cramped and small. The radiator in the bathroom was filthy and there was a strong smell of cigarettes lingering mostly in the bathroom. There was a sticky bit of dirt on the duvet like someone had eaten sweets and wiped their hands on the duvet afterwards. The mattress was very comfortable, tv was great. You could hear the noise downstairs but it wasn’t a disturbance. Loud outside but that’s the high street for you. Overall, a decent stay. Cleanliness could be improved. Would stay again.
Ideal location for a stay. Right in the town centre with plenty of quirky shops nearby. Next door to the corn exchange venue we were visiting.
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Rooms were spotless and despite being a bit dated, had all facolities needed for a comfortable stay.
Loved the wonky staircase but wouldnt like to use it after a few beers!
This B&B was great. It is a small walk to the center of Kington. The property a good example of historical houses in this region with a beautiful garden to relax in as well as many interesting things inside. The host was very nice and helpful and provided great conversation. The breakfast was very nice and the fruit came directly from their garden.
Great service, friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and well kept. The bed was rather old and creaky, but otherwise comfortable.
Always enjoy staying at hotels and inns with a lot of history, this is certainly one of them!

Will be more than happy to stay again if I were to travel back to the area.
