เมื่อมาถึง ดิฉันได้รับแจ้งว่าการจองเข้าพักได้แค่ 3 ทุ่ม และในจดหมายยืนยันอีเมล์ดิฉันระบุว่าเป็น 2 ทุ่ม ปรากฏว่าผู้หญิง DS ไม่เชื่อดิฉันเลยโชคดีที่มีอีเมล์ยืนยันในโทรศัพท์เพื่อแสดงให้เธอดู นางก็บอกดิฉันว่าจะทําและยกเว้นและให้ดิฉันจองในชั่วโมงก่อน! ดิฉันพบว่ามันน่าหงุดหงิดที่ควรได้ยินคําว่า “การปฏิเสธ” แม้กระทั่งดิฉันไม่ได้ผิดในตอนแรก ีคําแนะนําอีกอย่างนึงที่ผมมีคือน่าจะมีเสื่อไม่ลื่นไว้บริการใช้ในฝักบัว รวมถึงมีไม้จับให้ถือเวลาอาบน้ําและต้องการล้างเท้า แน่ใจว่าคุณมีผู้เข้าชมผู้สูงอายุมึนและมันจะป้องกันไม่ให้พวกเขาลื่นในฝักบัวในพื้นลื่นและตกลงไป นอกจากสองอย่างนี้แล้ว นอนหลับสบายแล้วเจอวิวเหนือสระน้ําที่มีนกเป็นอันน่ารัก สวยและสะอาดทุกอย่างและสามารถแนะนําโรงแรมให้เป็นที่ปลอดภัยให้พักมากกว่านี้

The view was great, the service was also good,they gave us a lake view room when we asked for it in spot and they also upgraded our room

เช็คอินมีกําหนดเวลา 15.00 น. มาถึงที่3.20 และห้องยังไม่เสร็จซึ่งทําให้เรารอรอบๆ ก็ไม่มีปัญหา โรงแรมให้เครื่องดื่มฟรีแก่เราซึ่งเป็นแบบนั้น เตียงนอนสบายสุด ๆ และนอนหลับฝันดี แผงอาบน้ําแตกและดูค่อนข้างล้าสมัย ตัวโรงแรมตั้งอยู่นอกสถานีรถไฟซึ่งสมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับครั้งแรกที่ฉันไปคาร์เซล และอยู่ติดกับคอสตา ฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนเพื่อนอนบนเตียงที่นุ่มสบายอีกครั้ง

很友好的一家hotel。 整潔衞生有序。每一位店員都笑臉相迎回答問題。入住和離開非常方便。早餐很不錯，比其他連鎖的要精緻。小點心很美味。 這是我住的10家中唯一一家hotel room提供了礦泉水的。

Very nice little place, good location and great breakfast.

We stayed in Carlisle for a couple of nights. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station and close to the city centre. There were a lot of pubs and restaurants close by which was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room was warm, clean and spacious. Staffs were cheerful. Location is great. Easy access to many attractions, such as the Bridge House, Orrest Head Viewpoint, Queen Adelaide's Hill. The breakfast is rich and they do veg breakfast.

Amazing location close to centre and staff all very welcoming. The room was modern and cosy, large TV and coffee and tea/biscuits left out. Great that they provided body wash. No fridge in the room so don’t take anything you need to keep cold.

I have grave misgivings about hotels in the busiest parts of the Lake District, especially at holiday times. Obviously they will be relentlessly overcrowded, with harassed and unfriendly staff. I’ve wanted to go back to the Proper Lake District for a while though so took a risk on the King’s Head. It’s easy to find on the ear popping main road up from Grasmere, just beyond the impressive hulk of Steel Fell, close to Thirlemere. Parking anywhere in the Lakes is hideous and expensive. Not here. Relaxed and plenty of room. It’s a long building with a pleasant bar restaurant area and beer garden. I found a rather pleasant residents lounge where a lady called Jo checked me in and made me feel welcome. It does get busy with passing trade but the staff look after their residents. They flogged me decent real ale and Jura whisky (the proper stuff). Breakfast is briskly table served from a menu and is well presented. I didn’t eat otherwise there but the food is popular and well priced. The road outside is busy and a bit of a racetrack, and the occasional fighter jet roars between the mountains on low altitude practice, but the relentless bleating of the sheep opposite soon returns things to normal. I was a little sorry to depart, but the manager said he hoped I would come again. I believe I will, and will even bring my wife.
