This is my second time staying at this property, and it continues to exceed my expectations. I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

房間乾淨舒適，我洗了好多衣服掛在陽台的圍欄上，回來的時候發現工作人員幫我打開了陽台專門晾衣服的架子，以及幫我把衣服放在能曬到太陽的地方。非常感謝。 酒店有一片白沙海灘，風平浪靜很適合小朋友玩。餐廳很好吃，午餐跟晚餐可以點菜，廚師nice，最後送了一大盤水果。非常美好的記憶。

สถานที่ที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ สะอาดจริงๆ กว้างขวางจริงๆ มากมายให้ทํา ฉันแนะนําให้นํารถไปด้วยเพราะอยู่ห่างจากอเล็กซานเดรียประมาณ1-1.20 ชั่วโมง จองโรงแรมระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม-ปลายเดือนสิงหาคมด้วย มีสระว่ายน้ําในร่มที่อุ่นและสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งที่เย็นสบาย พวกเขายังมีชายหาด ห้องออกกําลังกาย ซาวน่า จากุซซี่ แต่ตอนที่ฉันไปจากุซซี่และซาวน่าไม่เปิดหรือใช้ได้ มีห้องที่มีโต๊ะสนุ๊กขนาดเล็กสองโต๊ะ สนามฟุตบอลกลางแจ้ง 🥅 ⚽️ สนาม / สนามบาสเก็ตบอล 🏀 และสนามเทนนิส/แบดมินตัน 🏸 🎾 สวนน้ํา ความบันเทิงยามดึก ผู้หญิงที่ชื่อซาร่าที่เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกมีประโยชน์และเป็นมืออาชีพมาก เธอคิดว่าเธอเป็นผู้จัดการการต้อนรับนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก เธอยังอนุญาตให้ฉันเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้าโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ แต่พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือดีมาก เป็นมิตรมาก  โรงแรมกว้างมากและห้องพักกว้างมาก อาหารอร่อยแต่ไม่มีอะไรน่าตื่นเต้น

The stay was very much enjoyable . Only the concern is majority of the staff are sometimes unaware of things and locations and services. Example, a receptionist gave us wrong direction to tower 2 which is just a turn a way from his desk. Also few of the staff were unaware about the kids club location . But everything else was awesome

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Very good hotel, we stayed their for 3 nights bed and breakfast. The hotel is fairly new, the administration is new and still learning but the rooms were awesome. New TVs with good internet, beach access was also great. It was not crowded and you always find a place to sit right on the beach. The food on the breakfast and dinner was always different each day. One small thing is that desserts were not always fresh nor the bakeries. I think with more load on the hotel this can be fixed but because the amount of residents is small they were taking less attention to these details. Overall it is a great place to stay with awesome beach. Definitely recommend

My stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.  The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden. I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more. I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊
