ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก อากาศก็ดี เหมาะกับการพาเด็กๆ ออกมาเที่ยวชมพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และเดินไปหาดทรายแม่น้ำ ซึ่งอยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณ 200 เมตร ตอนกลางคืนก็สามารถเดินไปถนนคนเดินและตลาด咸安坊ได้ไม่ไกล พนักงานโรงแรมให้บริการด้วยความกระตือรือร้น เตรียมของใช้ในห้องน้ำและรองเท้าแตะสำหรับเด็กไว้ล่วงหน้า ห้องพักสะอาด! ห้องฟิตเนสและห้องซักรีดอยู่ชั้น 16 สะดวกสบายมาก!

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีครับ ชั้นล่างเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า ตรงข้ามเป็นถนนของกิน ช่วงฤดูร้อนรถติดมากเพราะกำลังซ่อมถนน พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีครับ แต่ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมต่ออายุการเข้าพักอีกหนึ่งคืนต้องเพิ่มเงิน 300 บาท สุดท้ายผมเลยจองผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม ซึ่งห้องวิวแม่น้ำดีกว่า แถมได้อาหารเช้าและราคาถูกกว่าไม่กี่สิบบาท ผมแจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับว่าขอพักห้องเดิมดีกว่า จะได้ไม่ต้องย้ายห้อง แต่พนักงานบอกว่าไม่ได้ ผมก็เลยเก็บของ พอขึ้นไปบนห้อง พนักงานก็โทรมาบอกว่าตกลงให้พักห้องเดิมได้ และหวังว่าจะให้คะแนนดีๆ ผมคิดว่าการบริการที่จริงใจสำคัญกว่าสิ่งอื่นใด หวังว่าโรงแรมจะปรับปรุงนะครับ

เข้าพักสามคืน ประสบการณ์ที่ได้ค่อนข้างหลากหลายครับ สองคืนแรกพักชั้นกลาง วิวแม่น้ำ 270 องศา ห้องพักได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี พื้นที่กว้างขวาง อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำดูใหม่และเงางาม มีปลั๊กไฟนานาชาติและพอร์ตชาร์จ USB-C ซึ่งสะดวกมากครับ แต่คืนสุดท้ายพักห้อง Executive Floor วิวแม่น้ำ 180 องศา กลับไม่ค่อยประทับใจ ห้องค่อนข้างแคบและการจัดวางไม่เหมาะสม ห้องน้ำกินพื้นที่เยอะมาก แต่โต๊ะ ตู้เสื้อผ้า และส่วนห้องนอนกลับเล็กนิดเดียว ที่วางกระเป๋าเดินทางวางได้แค่กระเป๋าใบเล็กขนาด 20 นิ้วเท่านั้นครับ ก๊อกน้ำมีคราบสนิมสีเหลือง แอร์ก็ไม่เย็น ช่วงบ่ายแดดส่องตรงเข้ามาในห้องจนรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในเตาอบ ควรปรับปรุงการบำรุงรักษาห้องพักให้ดีขึ้นครับ ในส่วนของการบริการ คุณป้าแม่บ้านน่ารักมากครับ ให้ผ้าคลุมชักโครกและอ่างอาบน้ำแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งมาให้ด้วย พนักงานที่ Executive Lounge ก็บริการดีและกระตือรือร้น ค็อกเทลที่ชงสดๆ ในเลานจ์อร่อยดีครับ การได้นั่งดื่มค็อกเทลพร้อมชมการแสดงแสงสีเป็นอะไรที่ผ่อนคลายมากครับ

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองมาก ช่วยโบกรถให้ด้วย ห้องพักก็ดี สะอาดสะอ้าน ทำเลดีเยี่ยม ห่างจากถนนคนเดินแค่ไม่กี่สิบเมตร แถมยังมีที่จอดรถด้วย บะหมี่แห้งร้อน ๆ ที่ร้านฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรมอร่อยมาก ร้านไม่ใหญ่แต่คนท้องถิ่นกินกันเต็มเลย เจ้าของร้านก็อัธยาศัยดี เห็นเราเป็นคนต่างถิ่นปรุงไม่เป็น เลยช่วยคลุกบะหมี่ให้ด้วย!

ทำเลดีมาก 1000/10 อยู่บนถนนคนเดินเลย รอบๆคือห้าง ตลาด ร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร ทำให้สะดวกสบาย ด้านล่างของที่พักเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า Heytea อยู่ชั้นล่างของ รร เลย ฝั่งตรงข้ามมี Sexytea และ Lowson (ด้วยความที่อยู่ในถนนคนเดินต้องทำใจเรื่องรถติดหน่อย ช่วงเย็น-ค่ำๆ หน้า รร รถติดมาก เรียก Didi ต้องรอนาน) รอบๆมีสถานีรถไฟฟ้าหลายจุด ที่พักน่าจะเพียงรีโนเวทมาใหม่ ส่วนกลางดูใหม่ สะอาด ไม่เก่า ไม่โทรม ห้องพักเหมือนจะยังรีโนเวทไม่ครบทั้งหมด เข้าพัก 2 ครั้ง ได้ทั้งห้องแบบใหม่และห้องแบบเก่า รอบนี้พนักงานอัพเกรดที่พักให้ด้วย เป็นห้องขนาดใหญ่ขึ้น มีอ่างอาบน้ำ เคาเตอร์เช็คอินและส่วนกลาง อยู่ชั้น 8 ลิฟต์มีหลายตัว อาจจะงงตอนขึ้นลงหน่อย พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้

รู้สึกประหลาดใจที่ได้พักอยู่ในลานสไตล์จีนในเมืองลูกสาว ซุ้มเพดานเป็นแบบโบราณ และน้ําในสวนก็สง่างามและมีฝีมือ ทั้งบ้านมีการควบคุมด้วยเสียงขนาดเล็ก ห้องน้ําอัจฉริยะ ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าอร่อย บริการเอาใจใส่ ทําเลเยี่ยม และคุณสามารถชมการแสดงพิเศษเมื่อคุณออกไปในตอนกลางคืน

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ติดกับอาคาร สะดวกสบายมาก มีร้านอาหารและร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่แถวเดียวกับโรงแรม และยังมีถนนขายอาหารเล็กๆ อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนด้านหน้า ซึ่งสะดวกมากเช่นกัน
