Hotel bem antigo, precisando de uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros. Cheiro forte no carpete, no banheiro existe uma banheira velha e para tomar banho você precisa entrar nela. Café da manhã bom, tem tudo que precisa.

Boa localização, perto da av Paulista, metrô, ônibus. Bom atendimento, mas os quartos precisam de vistorias antes de liberarem aos novos hóspedes. Principalmente o funcionamento dos vasos sanitários.bom café da manhã. Tem estacionamento pago.

Perfect hotel closed everywhere, all staff are very good

Recepção mais enxuta e comumente com filas, porém o processo de check in e check out é rápido. Apartamentos novos e limpos, exatamente como nas fotos. O principal ponto de melhoria é referente à espessura das paredes que não isolam tanto o som.

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

The location is good but after it get darks the area turns into dangerous location. The rooms need renovation and the rooms are too small. The breakfast is very good and there are lots of different things. There was a young lady with long black hair in the lobby, she was a bit rude and she even did not speak a word in English. That is very strange that such a big hotel with many foreign tourists, someone in the lobby without speaking a word in English

My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Room is very small if it is for 2 people. Breakfast was OK. Shower was good albeit small. There is a bit of smell when coming in the room but overall good price for location and comfort

Excelente ubicación , un hotel muy limpio , cómodo y bonito ! Personal también muy amable en la estadía , las pizzas del restaurante son muy deliciosas !
