Atendimento excelente, rápido e objetivo. Café da manhã com muitas variedades e com qualidade. Quarto bom, bem arrumado, simples e completo. A melhorar apenas a limpeza interna da área de banho.

วันที่เรามาถึงได้รับการต้อนรับดีมากเลยค่ะ เสียดายจำชื่อพนักงานต้อนรับไม่ได้ค่ะ แต่ตอนเช็คเอาต์นี่สิคะ แย่จนไม่รู้จะพูดยังไง พนักงานต้อนรับคนหนึ่งมารยาทแย่มาก ให้ศูนย์คะแนนไปเลยค่ะ ส่วนพนักงานผู้หญิงกับพนักงานผู้ชายที่ต้อนรับเราในวันเข้าพักนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมากค่ะ

Quarto arrumado e bem limpo. Tinha a nossa disposição talher, copo e prato, o que apesar de ser básico, muitos hotéis não fornecem. Atendimento bom e rápido. Possui restaurante o que pra mim é uma facilidade e comodidade. Excelente localização para minha necessidade.

le petit déjeuner est toujours excellent et incontournable toutefois le réseau wifi ne passe pas dans tout l'hôtel et est très instable. Obligé d'aller au Lobby pour connecter son portable ou ordi portable. J'avais déjà eu ce problème au mois de Mars et le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Attention la Cop 30 arrive avec beaucoup de voyageurs d'affaire. Faudra résoudre ca rapidement et dans tout l'hôtel. Sinon c'est un hotel que je recommande particulièrement

Quartos standard com ar condicionado muito antigo e quarto antigo, foi solicitamos a troca de quarto e pagamos para uma quarto renovado, fora isso ótimo atendimento da Amanda e café maravilhoso.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

โรงแรมดีมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งลงตัว ห้องใหญ่และมีการจัดระเบียบเป็นอย่างดี ผมพักสองวันผมพักโฮสเทลเพื่อไปรับคอร์ส เมื่อถึงโรงแรมก็เรียนได้อีกนิดตลอดเพราะโต๊ะเก้าอี้ที่ห้องมีได้ดีเยี่ยมและชอบมินิบาร์ที่ห้องพักมี ข้อควรระวังอย่างนึงคือแอร์ที่ดูเก่าเพราะมันส่งเสียงดังมาก

โรงแรมดีเยี่ยม.. คะแนนสูงสุดในทุกๆ คําถาม.. เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ ผมและครอบครัวจะกลับมา
