Rustig hotel met zeer vriendelijke uitbater, pluspunt vonden we ook wel dat de gastheer Nederlands kan.. minpuntje het ontbijt mocht wat meer zijn voor de prijs...

Lovely little town. By the river. Everything of good standard in the room but wish we had a river view. Comfortable bed, nice big shower but bit weak and not that hot. Breakfast over priced for what you got. We had tea and dessert in the evening. Lots of places to eat around but on a Tuesday in April nothing open for breakfast the town was totally dead maybe because it was off season? I can imagine it would get quite busy in the summer. Good secure motorcycle parking in the garage underneath the hotel, plenty of spaces when we went practically empty. Had to pay €10 for the parking.

We weren't too sure about this hotel with it being above a fuel station, however, we're glad we trusted the previous reviews. Warm welcome when we arrived before being shown to the room with explanations of how everything operated. Room had all you need with coffee machine and complimentary water, good air-con, and powerful shower in bathroom. Shop underneath was really handy and just bought fresh pastries from there for breakfast. Free parking and only a short 5-minute walk to all the bars, restaurants, and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

L'hotel se situe à la frontière Belgo Luxembourgeoise à côté de l'autoroute. La structure est nouvelle et ils sont autonomes au niveau energetique. Le cadre est bien soigné, le restaurant bien organisé et inclut un wellness avec piscine couverte et exterieure + saunas + hammam + massage; neammoins je trouve qu'ils ne sont pas organisés concernant l'aspect logistique du wellness. Example: les douches c'est pas clair comment les mettre en marche et un fois que cela est fait il faut repousser le bouton car l'arret n'est pas automatique (donc gaspillage d'eau).. il faudrait installer une indication qui explique le fonctionnement. En plus je n'ai pas vu des paniers pour laisser les peignoirs et serviettes de bain sales et tout les articles sales sont laissés en belle vue. Des poubelles manquent dans la hall de la piscine pour jeter les verres en carton, les eaux etc etc... ainsi que des goblets pour boire l'eau du robinet. En plus de ceci je crois que de l'eau assaisonnée avec citron etc etc serait bien utile. Les lits dans la hall de piscine sont comfortable, mais super bas = si vous avez un souci au genoux bonne chance pour vous relever :) Sinon le personnel est très aimable. Dans la salle de restauration ils utilisent aussi un robot .. chose que perso je n'aime pas car il faut favoriser le contact humain, et en plus je ne pense pas que le robot apporte une valeur ajoutée.

Wonderful stay - clean, beautifully decorated, and warm and inviting hosts. Wonderful restauraunts for breakfast / dinner attached as well. Highly recommended.

Hemos pasado unos días de maravilla. La única pena es que sólo en recepción hablan bien inglés. Por suerte la única noche que cenamos en el hotel uno de los camareros hablaba inglés y un poco de español. Lo que no entendí de esa noche es que tras preguntar a la chica que nos acompañó a nuestra mesa si hablaba inglés o español, nos podía haber indicado que su compañero si lo hacía, hubiese sido un buen servicio. En lugar de ésto se indignó cuando le preguntamos por un plato de la carta y no conseguíamos comunicarnos. Somos españoles, hablamos inglés, pero sólo un poco de francés. Al preguntar si alguien nos podría ayudar en inglés nos dijo que su compañero y aunque ya le habíamos pedido la bebida, nos hizo esperar 30 minutos a servirnos, la barrera idiomatica no fue el problema. No le sentó bien que pudiéramos que viniese por favor su compañero y tomó nota y entregó las bebidas de otras dos mesas que llegaron después que nosotros. Un mal día lo tiene cualquiera. Ella parecía tenerlo.

Een oase van rust, prachtig gelegen. Strak ingerichte, ruime superiorkamers. De kleinschaligheid (slechts een 16-tal kamers) in dit ruime, karaktervolle kasteel is tamelijk uniek, net zoals de zelfbedieningsbar op het gelijkvloers en een minimum aan toezicht zodat je je op regelmatige tijdstippen kasteelheer of -vrouw kan voelen. Beperkt maar kwalitatief uitstekend ontbijt. Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel, in zoverre aanwezig. De inrichting van de sp.a.(apart van het verblijf te boeken) viel in verhouding tegen. Inrichting en faciliteiten (nochtans mooi ingebed in de natuur) hadden beter gekund.
