The dishes in our room were filthy, we ended up having to buy new batteries for the TV remote because the ones in it were flat, we had to call for towels as they were forgotten by house keeping. The lady we spoke to who was working was lovely and the location was pretty good if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the main ***** of Lakes. View was stunning and very close to the pub for meals which was extremely convenient! If it was cleaner and the room more organised it would have been a whole lot better!

A clean quiet older style motel, well-managed and excellent value. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and live on site. The rooms have a small fridge which is very handy and a split air conditioner which also works as an effective heater. Parking is outside your door and the WIFI is fast and reliable. We would happily stay here again.

Not many options in Mildura so i'd say this is one of the best so since the range is short the prices are high in general.

The friendly welcome really stood out. The room was clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The gardens are vast and the location is amongst trees. A very enjoyable stay.

Loved our one night stay. Older style but very clean and wonderful staff. Courtyard Room was big with king bed and couch. Microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee supplied. No crockery or cutlery only coffee cups and tea spoons. I knew this through other reviews so brought my own from home. Pool was clean and inviting. I would stay again, great for price. Location is fantastic.
