ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมาก! พอลงจากเครื่องบิน ก็นั่ง Skybus เข้าเมือง พอลงจากสถานีก็เดินแค่ประมาณ 5 นาทีก็ถึงเลย บริเวณรอบๆ มีทุกอย่างครบครัน สะดวกสบายมากๆ ค่ะ ฉันจองห้องเดี่ยว ห้องพักถึงแม้จะเล็ก แต่ก็มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันไม่ขาดอะไรเลย แถมยังมีตู้เย็นเล็ก (mini fridge) ให้ด้วย! พนักงานโรงแรมก็เป็นกันเองและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก สำหรับราคานี้และทำเลที่ตั้งแบบนี้ บอกเลยว่าคุ้มค่าและน่าแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่งค่ะ

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

Thanks for a great experience during our stay. We had a spacious family room including a queen bed, a single bed and double bunk. The kitchenette had equipment beyond the norm. There was plenty of natural light from full length windows near the balcony. We easily walked to cafes and supermarket.

From the outside, this motel looks especially dingy and neglected, but the rooms aren't bad. It's perfectly clean and has all the features you'd expect of an ordinary motel in any Australian town. Perfectly adequate, and appropriately priced.

I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!

เราพักที่ Waterfront Motor Inn ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ทำให้ที่นี่เป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนที่สมบูรณ์แบบหลังจากออกสำรวจมาทั้งวัน ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายใจกลางเมือง แต่ก็เงียบสงบมากเช่นกัน เราจึงสามารถพักผ่อนได้อย่างสบาย พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างดีเยี่ยมตลอดการเข้าพัก ทำให้ประสบการณ์นี้ดียิ่งขึ้นไปอีก เราประทับใจที่นี่มากและจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน!

The place was easy to find and personally I appreciated the self check-in experience. The room was clean in general though like most hotels, it's hard to keep carpets clean unless you steam clean often, so maybe consider hardwood floors next time the rooms are renovated. I do hope the noise isolation was better. People were talking loudly outside until late night.
