โรงแรมพร้อมWifiในซามาร์คันด์ อุซเบกิสถาน

Останавливалась в отеле с 22 по 27 ноября 2025, осталась в полном восторге . Отличное расположение отеля рядом со всеми достопримечательностями Самарканда, через дорогу знаменитый Шахи-Зинда. Все в пешей доступности ,до площади Рагистан 15 мин пешком, Сиабский базар 5 мин,прекрасная транспортная развязка .Рядом есть супермаркет Комфорт, прекрасная пловная. Ребята администраторы отеля на 5++, всегда на связи, помогали в решении абсолютно любого вопроса👍 Прекрасно говорят на русском/английском языках. Отель чистый, современный , с элементами национальной стилистики, уборка в номерах ежедневная. Есть завтраки, не вау , но разнообразные, поесть утром вполне достаточно, есть каши, выпечка, овощи, фрукты , йогурты и тп. Я очень довольна,что остановилась в отеле Khan , обязательно рекомендую к проживанию 👌

Отель шикарный, новый, на территории есть бассейн. Утром подготовили ланч бокс, так как я рано выезжал и не успевал на завтрак. Подушки ужасные - единственный минус

ฉันมาถึงตอนเช้า แต่พวกเขาก็ให้ฉันเช็คอินได้โดยไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ ฉันรู้สึกขอบคุณมาก ห้องพักมีเครื่องปรับอากาศและเครื่องทำความร้อนแบบใช้น้ำมัน ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นและสะดวกสบายมาก โรงแรมนี้เป็นธุรกิจแบบครอบครัว ถึงแม้จะเป็นช่วงนอกฤดูกาลและมีแขกไม่มาก แต่ลูกชาย (หรืออะไรนะ?) ของพนักงานต้อนรับหลักของโรงแรมก็มักจะอยู่ใกล้ทางเข้าเสมอ คอยดูแลลูกค้าอย่างใกล้ชิด จนฉันรู้สึกสงสารเขา ตอนอาหารเช้า คุณยายและคุณแม่ (หรืออะไรนะ?) อยู่ด้วยกัน และพวกเขาก็ให้แอปริคอตตุ๋นหวานๆ กับฉัน ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจำมาก สิ่งหนึ่งที่ฉันกังวลคือ เนื่องจากโครงสร้างของโรงแรม คุณจะเปียกบนบันไดเมื่อฝนตก เนื่องจากโครงสร้างของโรงแรม ทำให้มองเห็นภายในห้องได้ชัดเจนเว้นแต่จะปิดม่าน อย่างไรก็ตาม นี่ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่ เพราะคุณสามารถปิดม่านได้เลย

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

ตอนแรกฉันประหลาดใจที่ห้องนี้ผสม แต่ก็ยังปรับตัวได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อนบ้านน่ารื่นรมย์ไม่มีเสียงดังไม่มีใครรบกวนกัน โฮสต์มีความสุขมากถ้ามีอะไรสามารถช่วยได้ ไม่ไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมด

ห้องพักค่อนข้างดีเป็นโรงแรมใหม่ ทำเลอยู่นอกเมืองจึงจะไม่สะดวกหากไม่มีรถยนต์ การนั่งแท็กซี่จะช้าลง สำหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจฉันจะยังคงเลือกพักที่นี่ในครั้งต่อไป ตอนเช็คอินต้องรอนานเพราะห้องไม่พร้อม อย่างไรก็ตามแผนกต้อนรับให้บริการชาฟรีซึ่งค่อนข้างมีน้ำใจ

Nice room and varied breakfast buffet. Great Spa area with pool, sauna and hamam. The aircon in our room unfortunately was quite loud, blasting at full force, and it wasn’t possible to adjust it or turn it down. We gave feedback and they said they would send a technician to fix it while we were out, but the issue remained. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location. Walking distance to Amir Timur Tomb and Registan Square. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are so big. Breakfast is very rich and staff is really friendly. They give us luggage keeping service while we are visiting the town after checkout. Highly recommend.
