"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was nourishing, the staff were super friendly and always asked me if I needed anything, the room was beautiful, and there was sufficient heating. I would come back to Samarkand just to stay here."

"We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel."

"We had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse. Its location was excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The owner were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Останавливались на 4 ночи. Сначала выбрали эконом номер, но потом внесли доп. оплату и взяли комфорт. Номер чистый , со всеми удобствами. Полотенца менялись каждый день. Уборка каждый день. Это гостевой дом в частном секторе, недалко от главной площади Регистан. Рядом усыпальница Амира Тимура. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Включен завтрак, все очень вкусно. Можно выбрать время завтрака с 8:30. -10:00. Рядом есть небольшие продуктовые магазины."

"We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!"

"I did stay 16 days, since i cycled from tokio towards germany, and just finished the pamir, i had a well deserved homeoffice break. The bathroom is of great sice, the bedroom has a AC, the kitchen is perfect. Sitting in the loving room or outsider underneath a shelter was very relaxed. Wifi everywhere. The hosts amazing, helpful, comforting, inviting. Everybody does their best. I did have a great time. The registan is close enough to also explore the neighbourhood and not to be in the crowded spots. Just a solid recomendation."

"An island of warmth and family comfort in Samarkand! I traveled to Samarkand with my mom and staying at Siab Boutique Hotel was the best decision! The location is perfect - Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, Afrasiab Museum, and Bibi-Khanym Mosque are all within easy walking distance. The owners are a wonderful married couple. The husband is a historian and created an amazing sightseeing itinerary for us, while his lovely wife pampered us every morning with delicious, homemade breakfasts that she prepares herself. Housekeeping is excellent, everything is spotlessly clean. The young staff boys are absolute sweethearts - so friendly and always ready to help with anything. We wish this cozy family hotel all the success and prosperity in the world! Will definitely come back!"
