I stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

ผมได้ดูโรงแรมสนามบิน BWI ทั้งหมดอย่างระมัดระวังก่อนจองและตัดสินใจว่า เวสทินน่าจะดีที่สุด ตอนนี้ที่ได้พักที่นั่น ผมค่อนข้างมั่นใจว่าผมถูก สถานที่สะอาด และทันสมัย มีล็อบบี้ กว้างขวาง และออกแบบภายในห้องพักปรับปรุงใหม่ ม่านทึบเป็นบางสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดที่เคยเห็นมา : ตื่นมาตอน 8:30 น. มั่นใจได้ว่ายังอยู่กลางดึก ๆ ห้องน้ําฝักบัวอาบน้ําดีมาก สะอาด และมีผ้าขนหนูให้ครบ ทุกอย่างที่ขอได้จริงๆ

Bed made a lot of noise. Then when I went out to get something from my car. A man undressed with the curtains wide opened was starrng at me. Very creepy. I turned my head away. I only noticed as I was walking back to enter the foyer. It was hard not to miss, cuz it was 1st or 2 nd window to entrance. Not at all happy. I should of complained ,but decided to let it go. Creeper.
