No isolation, can hear neighbouring rooms. Barely could sleep from the noise and the fridge was noisy like a bulldozer in the room. Water flips between cold and boiling in a second. No personal hygiene kit / tooth paste or brushes, etc. Had to ask for extra pillows. One pill per person. Soap and shampoo dispenser provided but not working/ can’t be used. Covers for queen bed barely covers one person. Breakfast is ok, very simple, old cakes served with breakfast/ not fresh. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Отель шикарный! В номере есть абсолютно всё, что может понадобиться! Такое оснащение встречаю впервые. Вид из номера также отличный. Персонал максимально приветливый и вежливый. Местоположение отличное, в пешей доступности и центр города, и море и всевозможные магазины.

The first approach to the gentleman working the night shift when we arrived was more than helpful and guided us with directions within the city. Advised us of what was available during our stay. The room was well presented and nice. The breakfast was good and our stay was very welcoming

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5. What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

The location was excellent. However, I was given a room facing the street instead of the one I booked, and it was extremely noisy, so I could not sleep well. The Wi-Fi barely worked in my room—it existed in name only—although it worked fine in the main building. Breakfast was okay. When I asked to change to a main-building room, I was told it would be possible after the current guests checked out, so I waited. But after they left, the staff changed their story. To make matters worse, the room was left unlocked after cleaning, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, I was very disappointed because I was placed in a completely different room from what I originally selected.

The location is perfect: just a short stroll from the ocean, a few minutes from the Old City, and in a very safe, central area. We have stayed in countless hotels around the world, but this one stands out as truly exceptional in every way. The combination of elegant comfort, flawless service, and warm human connection is rare to find. We are so happy to have discovered this gem in Antalya, and we can say without hesitation: we will be back very soon. This hotel now has us as loyal customers!
