The good:
1. The room looks clean, and attitude of staff was okay.
2. Location wise is good with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.
The bad:
1. Booked a room with windows but there is no window or rather it was a ventilation window.
2. Room card doesnt work every day and I had to get the receptionist to renew the room card every day.
3. WiFi is very unstable and slow.
4. Sound proofing is bad, I could literally hear kids shouting in the room at 2-3am.
5. Breakfast is just okay, don’t expect too much.
It was not a bad experience except the bedding and location. However, I liked the small things kept in washroom like comb, shower cap, small kits . The food from the hotel restaurant was good as well. The service of front desk and other staff was excellent.

They refused to offer me a city view as in my booking till i complained to trip.com and they helped me a lot and offered me a city view on the next day and i found a plenty of city view rooms available they are just keeping it empty or for people paying a lot not through booking apps
I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Everything exceeded expectations, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and luxurious.
A place well worth visiting again, without a location.

The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.

My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The surprise prepared was the absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine warmth.
