สุขอนามัยดีมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องมีครบ แต่ต้องใช้เตารีดแยกต่างหาก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเรียบง่าย โดยมีผลไม้น้อยชนิดและผลไม้น้อยลง มีเพียงแอปเปิ้ล แคนตาลูป และแตงโมเท่านั้น

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ใหม่ และสะอาด เพิ่งได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ มีเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าแบรนด์จีนครบครัน ทั้งเครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็นขนาดใหญ่ ทีวี LCD ขนาดใหญ่ โซฟา และโต๊ะกาแฟ ห้องน้ำมีโถสุขภัณฑ์อัจฉริยะและฝักบัวแบบคีย์เปียโน ล็อบบี้โรงแรมกว้างขวางและสว่างสดใส ห้องครัวสะอาดถูกสุขอนามัย อาหารเช้าอร่อย และเจ้าของก็ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง สำหรับที่พักอื่นๆ ในริยาด ราคานี้คงได้แค่ห้องพักเล็กๆ ที่ดูเก่าๆ เท่านั้น

設施：算是比較完善的，但是一個家庭房裡沒有一把椅子，連續打了兩次電話要提供椅子，沒回復。洗澡的水簡直垃圾的很，喊了來修，修完以後水更小，不曉得該怎麼形容。
衞生：打掃衞生要給前台打電話。
環境：周邊都是再建工程。
服務：友好

酒店地理位置出眾 位於利雅得的中心地段.
房間設施齊全 就是雙床房的床有點小. 剛好夠一個1.8米的成人. 好像利雅得的酒店雙床房的床都這麼大. 酒店後面步行5分鐘有個很大的lulu supermarket 生活便利.

It was an incredible experience staying in such a well-located place. The convenience and accessibility made everything so much easier, allowing me to truly enjoy and make the most of my time. Being in such a prime location added a special touch to the overall experience, making it not only comfortable but also unforgettable.

The good:
1. The room looks clean, and attitude of staff was okay.
2. Location wise is good with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.
The bad:
1. Booked a room with windows but there is no window or rather it was a ventilation window.
2. Room card doesnt work every day and I had to get the receptionist to renew the room card every day.
3. WiFi is very unstable and slow.
4. Sound proofing is bad, I could literally hear kids shouting in the room at 2-3am.
5. Breakfast is just okay, don’t expect too much.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.

For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager.
My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience
