I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication.
My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base.
On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again.
The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.
On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception,
I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas.
Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night.
Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.
thanks for accommodating us for almost a week , i appreciated people in this hotel , there all kind and respectful they make our stay most beyond satisfaction , the cleanliness is superb.... the food as well is so nice my appreciation
The room was a bit no clean please it didn’t match well with the photos posted online ..Plus the host took so long to check me in as I stayed at the gate for about 30 to 40 mins waiting for his call
The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent.
I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here.
Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you.
Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you.
And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .
flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance
ผผู้เข้าพักHotel was good in general.
Good room and facility keeping and cleanliness, very good service at frontdesk but less good at the restaurant. Food was not exceptional but a little bit more than average...more nigerian food type oriented even at breakfast (poor continental international breakfast). Location was perfect for me as I was spending 10-15mn to reach airport general aviation terminal where I was having my profesionnal meetings.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe bathroom in the room is horrible. It’s not convenient for someone with disability. There’s a pool of water on the floor after taking a shower. No shower curtain or protection from water spillage. The bed is low and uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture in the room is like 70’s style which is quite a departure from the picture on website. Please do a thorough research before booking this hotel.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe Bad Side:
The room feels stuffy and poorly ventilated. There is a need to install proper air expellers or improve ventilation in both the room and the toilet.
The Good Side:
The reception staff, driver, caregivers, and cleaners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Their warm attitude made the experience much better.
