Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.
Stayed in room 1024
Pro:
Room clean
Efficient check in and check out
Nice view of mountain and trees
Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting.
Cons:
Unable to set AC
QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service.
At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024.
No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot
Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.
Hotel is nice overall. The concept of 24-hour stay is really what attracts guests to stay here. It's conveniently located near a mall, a convenience store across the street, and being close to many restaurants and points of interest. The hotel design is industrial minimalistic with a blend of natural components. Rooms are well organised and equipped. Food is above average, and facilities are decent. The only downside is the limited parking facility which require for valet service, though this is part of the hotel's facility.
Very nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!
Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.
My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.
Had a very pleasant stay here. A very good hotel to unwind from the hustle bustle Jakarta.
The staff is so friendly and thoughtful.
They use sensatia botanica for amenities.
The hotel room super nice and comfy.
Please don’t skip the breakfast, it’s so delicious. So many kind of food. It’s so worth every penny.
And by the way we can use Pesona Alam facilities too.
Super duper win win for us! 5 star stay.

HHartosoWe had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gesture—highly recommended!

BBayusatriowIf you're craving an escape that's both refreshing and visually inspiring, Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar hits the sweet spot.
Tucked away in the cooler, greener side of Bandung—up in Dago Pakar—this hotel blends Sundanese heritage with modern aesthetics. From the lobby alone, I knew I was in for a treat. Wood carvings, vintage tiles, curated art pieces... it felt like walking into a living gallery.
But the real magic? The view. Imagine waking up to pine-covered hills and misty mornings from your balcony. It’s a retreat above the clouds.
🚗 Getting There
From Bandung Train Station: ~30 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing app
From the city center: ~20–25 minutes
The road winds uphill, so expect slightly cooler air the higher you go. You will feel the difference.
🎯 Nearby Attractions & How to Get There:
Tebing Keraton – 10 min drive
For a sunrise above the clouds. It’s a cliffside viewpoint with jaw-dropping scenery—bring a jacket and a camera. The road is narrow, better with small cars or scooters.
Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) – 7 min drive
Forest park with light hiking trails, Dutch & Japanese caves, and peaceful greenery. Great for families with kids or elders.
Dago Dream Park – 15 min drive
A family-friendly amusement park with Instagrammable spots and kid-friendly rides. You can rent an internal shuttle to explore.
Lawangwangi Creative Space – 5 min drive
Art gallery + café with a stunning sunset terrace. One of my go-to places for coffee and creative vibes.
Cafe D’Pakar – 5 min drive
Open-air dining with epic views of the valley. Come early for a spot by the edge. It gets chilly in the evening—pack a sweater.
🏨 Why I Loved the Hotel
Infinity pool facing the forest 🏞️
Spacious rooms with local design touches
Bathtub with mountain view (yes, really)
Rooftop bar + locally inspired cuisine
Peace and quiet — yet not far from the city
✨ Final Thoughts
Hotel Indigo Dago Pakar is more than just a place to stay—it's where nature, culture, and creativity collide. Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a creative workcation, or a family staycation, this place delivers on all fronts.
The location was great as very close to shopping mall. Good location for restaurants . Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and air condition worked properly.
I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Cirebon .
ผผู้เข้าพักWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Yours sincearly Leonrdo Sakidin
