I am delighted that my stay at Harris Batam Center was excellent! I feel welcomed and the concierge was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good food and lots of variety. The TV was excellent and has a football channel as well. That for me is most important as a footballer myself. Lovely stay, lovely time. I will come back again. Terima Kasih Indonesia 🇮🇩🙏

ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเช็คอิน: พอลงจากรถบัสแล้ว ให้รีบเช็คอินเลย ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวนานมาก ส่วนการเช็คเอาท์ สามารถทำได้ตอน 12:30 น. ไม่งั้นก็ต้องรอคิวเป็นครึ่งวันเหมือนกัน ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าทุกวัน และยังรวมอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 1 มื้อระหว่างการเข้าพักด้วย มีร้านอาหารสองแห่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารตามสั่งหรือบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติก็ไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจนัก และที่ร้านอาหาร Lagoi ริมทะเล ตอนกลางวันก็มีแมลงวันบินไปมาเต็มไปหมด พนักงานที่ Pool Bar ดูเหมือนจะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ราบรื่น ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำสบายมาก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีด้วย Kids' Club ค่อนข้างเล็ก ของเล่นหลายชิ้นก็ชำรุด ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีเก้าอี้ชายหาด โซฟาบีนแบ็กของโรงแรมวางอยู่บนหาด การเดินทางจากท่าเรือมาโรงแรมโดยรถบัสก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา

Good location. Walking distance to new shopping mall, Grand Batam Mall. Near wet market & a lot of eateries. The room is very big, and bed is very comfortable. Will stay here again when go Batam.

I stayed at Aston Nagoya City Hotel and found the room setup a bit unexpected. The room came with two separate beds, and the front desk explained that all their rooms are arranged this way. If guests prefer a single bed, the beds can be pushed together. The front desk was helpful and kindly provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, although the bedding arrangement remained the same with the beds pushed together. Room cleanliness was acceptable, with daily housekeeping and complimentary water refilled each day, which was appreciated. The room is also equipped with Netflix, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Although there was a wide variety of food options, the overall taste was quite bland. On the positive side, the hotel is surrounded by many food options, making it easy to find places to eat nearby. There is also a massage, medi, and pedi place directly opposite the hotel, less than 20 steps away, which is very convenient for guests looking to relax. Overall, the location is convenient and the staff are accommodating, but there is room for improvement in bedding arrangements and breakfast quality.

Excellent stay. Room was super spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, with a very nice dry/wet segregation between the sink/WC and the shower area. Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!

Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Nagoya in Batam for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The location is super convenient as it is close to Nagoya Hill Mall and plenty of food spots, so getting around in grab was easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially liked the modern design and how everything felt fresh and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety, with both local and international options, and the quality was solid. Facilities like the pool and gym were also nice touches if you want to relax or stay active though not the very fantastic kind. Overall, great value for money and a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider coming back on my next trip to Batam!
