We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife.
The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy.
One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere.
The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark.
If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. It was a memorable celebration with my wife, and we will definitely come back again.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there
The villa’s location is a huge plus since it’s right next to Plaza Lagoi, giving you easy access to Mustafa and convenience stores whenever needed. Lagoi Bay Beach is also within walking distance, which made the stay even more convenient.
The villa itself felt very private and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our 3-year-old had an amazing time in the private pool and barely wanted to leave. Breakfast was served in-room and was fairly simple, but the pancakes and American breakfast were definitely the better choices.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back for a quiet escape to unwind, swim, and relax by the private pool.
Staffs are friendly and kind to help whenever requested. Location is good as it is directly linked to Nagoya Hill Mall. Cons is that soundproofing is not good, can hear next door TV, chatting and other noises.
New hotel (<1year). Generally a good stay. Satisfactory.
Room - nice cool air con. Big bed. Very pleasant room…but lousy view.. construction next building.
Location - easy grab everywhere. Good if one is headed to batam centre ferry terminal. But definitely not as lively as nagoya hills area. Gotta grab eeveryhwere.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อGood location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
FFelicityfyRoom was amazing. Managed to purchase an upgrade to the Seaview Villa and it was so spacious. Comfy kingbed, Huge bathtub and a pooldeck!
Only issue with the room was the toilet starting to smell especially after flushing or at night after returning to the room.
The resort provided complimentary transport to and from the ferry terminal so that made things very convenient. Within the resort itself, we had 2 bicycles to use or you could call for the buggy to ferry you around places.
The service and staff were impeccable, they truly made you feel like very special guests! Would highly recommend the spa, the massages were heavenly.
Would definitely come again and experience more at this resort.
DDean StantonAsialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin.
Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here.
I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet.
