We booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate

We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family

Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again.

Corridors all over, like a rabbit warren. Comfortable room and bed, stained carpet, bath was high for stepping into for showering and paintwork was chipped / grubby. Nice bar, restaurant and courtyard, didn't eat there although breakfast looked great and reasonable. Plenty of free parking.

The hotel was okay you’re joining. Restaurant was very understaffed and we decided to eat somewhere else because it was taking far too long to be served with any drink. Drinks let alone waiting for food when we spoke to the manager, he basically said it is what it is. We felt sorry for the staff who clearly stressed and overworked.

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.
