Very Happy with everything. The service was superb , staff very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent easy access to motorway. Very comfortable bed and temperature of room.

Hotel Pool has now beeb decommissioned and no longer operational. Gym was available but not much equipment available. During my stay there was a maintenance malfunction resulting in two whole floors of the building having to endure loud drilling noise throughout the night as no onsite maintenance team to fix. Had to move rooms at 11pm and entire floor one stank of ******** - concierge advised the hotel have this problem frequently but they are unable to police guests who are smoking **** in their rooms. Not the best five days business trip overall although menu was great and staff were very friendly. Daily car parking charge of £5 per night for guests should be abolished in my opinion.

Inexpensive and perfect location for Airport and Station. Reception was polite and friendly, check in very quick. Room was small but adequate for a short stay, two single beds as requested, TV, kettle, tea , coffee and milk. Very clean with shower en suite. Continental breakfast was basic but all we needed. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend.

Despite breaking down in my vehicle, I could have been collected by the owner and taken to the hotel for my reserved overnight stay. However I only was notified this lunchtime that he kindly offered such service.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, and good breakfast (need to offer alternatives to vegetarian people). Ms Khadija (from kitchen) has been very helpful and was around all time offering help or and providing any missing items of goods. Thank you Khadija and thank you all kitchen people.

Older type hotel, and furnishings which I didn't mind, it was comfy and cozy and our room had nice views, the breakfast was excellent- worth paying extra for, so many choices, the staff were lovely and accommodating. We used the pool/steam room but sadly it was being closed down the end of that day- needs lots of work on it, shame they aren't refurbishing the pool/spa. Overall would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed our brief stay here. Came in from China in the morning, but check-in was at 3:30pm. Phoned in advance for earlier check-in and accommodated us, so could have a quick shower and get to the races for 3pm. Distance is not far for walking as long as you have suitable footwear (15 minutes). Breakfast very nice, good range and Trisha was good waitress. Reception booked a taxi back to the train station in advance and came on time as planned.

โรงแรมที่น่ารื่นรมย์ ราคาตรงกับพรีเมียร์อินน์ตรงข้าม ข้อเสียหลักคือถ้าคุณเป็นคนแปลกหน้าการหาถนนทางเข้าในเวลากลางคืนเป็นฝันร้ายเพราะมันไม่ได้ลงนาม เราขับรถไปรอบ ๆ พื้นที่ 3 ครั้งก่อนที่ฉันจะพบทางเข้ามา ทางเดินภายในโรงแรมสกปรกและลิฟต์จะพาคุณไปผิดชั้น ห้อง 500 ขึ้นไปบนชั้นสี่! น่าพอใจพอ แต่สําหรับ£104 ฉันคาดหวังมาตรฐานที่สูงขึ้น
