This is a gem within 15 minutes walk of downtown Nassau. The room was clean and the water pressure was strong. There were no coat hangers or hair dryer in my room but they found those for me. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room, I had to get drinking water from the kitchen which was fine. There’s a small grocery store around the corner on the main road. I heard the owner is in the process of putting in a pool which would be lovely during the hotter months.

hotel ok para estadias curtas, bem localizado. atendimento muito simpatico. So o cafe da manha que nao compensa. chegamos cedo e nao tinha opção de quase nada.

The servíce has been very good and personnel very kind

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

ホテル近くにはお土産や飲食店も多く、ひとり旅にはとても良かったです。 ひとつ不満と言えば、せっかくバスタブのお部屋を選んだにも関わらず栓か悪いのか、お湯を入れてもたまらない状態でした。自分なりに考え、ハンカチを詰めてためました😁あとは言う事なし、スタッフの方もとても親切に接して頂きました。またバハマに来る事がありましたら、ぜひまた宿泊したいホテルです。
