"We were extremely well welcomed. The room was very large, well fitted, very clean and the bed very comfortable too. Breakfast is taken at the hotel opposite and was good too. The location is very practical since the city center is a mere 5mn walk or less. I definately recommend this place"

"Deux piscines, une à l’intérieur, l’autre à l’extérieur, mais aucune en service. Arrivée obligatoire après 14 h, pour départ obligatoire avant 11h Petit déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Les 5 étoiles sont même brodées sur les tenues du personnel mais la qualité du service est inexistante.bonne literie"

"Excellent boutique hotel.  Staff are all very friendly and helpful.  Breakfast was included and very good. Dinner also was very good.  Rooms are a bit small but very clean and modern and quiet.   I recommend this highly."

"Service was definitely the highlight at Gega Hotel. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. Our room was ok, but it looked different from the photos and description. There was no fridge, but when I pointed this out, the staff provided one. We did have issues with the aircon, though, which couldn't be fixed. However, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Ideal para tener coche alquilado ya hospedarte en el. A 3 min en coche del centro. Gente muy amable en el hotel!"

"the location is great, walk to everything. breakfast is very nice. I had problems w housekeeping. when I was arrived I was put in a room where the air conditioning didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. now if you cleaned a toilet you would know a toilet seat is broken and report it. I had to report to staff the toilet seat was broken. at the time. I didn't realize the air conditioner didn't work but after running it for 3 hours and a room was still so hot. I went down to the desk and told them it wasn't working properly. he did come up and try to get it to work but was unable to do so. there were no other rooms available and I had to spend my first night in a warm room. it finally cooled off some after midnight. The next morning. they were able to give me a next room when one became vacant. The second room wasn't as nice as the first room. I had no table and chairs. there was nothing to sit on. that second day I went on a tour and when I came back all I wanted to do was take a shower. there was no soap and shampoo in the shower and I'm naked. I had to put clothes on go to the desk and tell him I have no shampoo and soap. I also think housekeeping may have stolen my heating pad. I got to my next location and realized I don't have it. I really don't think I left it behind because I checked that room very good. I could have possibly accidentally left it in the first room and in my hurry to pack up the next morning before going on a tour from moving first room to the second room, but housekeeping could have brought it down to me in the second room."
