Wow! What a welcome. The staff are superb and the hotel fit out is luxurious and very comfortable. Like being in a private home with a top class kitchen. You must stay at Pillows in Zwolle. Don't skip breakfast!

Excellent hotel and great staff. They make you feel at home. Clean and modern and at the same time cozy. The hotel is really well located. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant of the hotel is a top restaurant in Zwolle.

loved staying at this hotel! so cozy and warm, feels like home! the staff was very friendly. The room was so big and the breakfast delicious. It's just near the train station so very convenient and a 5 minute walk from the city center

It is an excellent hotel, good service, the food is very good and the rooms are very comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy. It is located in an excellent area, near the train station and you can visit the city center, it is a very safe area

Congratulations to everyone who works at this hotel. They were amazing. Probably the kindest, friendliest staff I have ever dealt with. The entrance and welcoming feels very old school and comfortable - quaint. But the hotel rooms feel like a new, modern, upscale hotel. The best of both worlds. I would stay again for sure, and recommend it highly.

We just had a fantastic stay at the Pillows Zwolle! The staff is so friendly and we can think of nothing we were missing! The rooms are super comfy and super clean! We just love the Pillows Hotels!! Please do not change anything!!

High quality boutique hotel. Very nice personal service with lovely staff. Very relaxed and nice rooms. You can park your car in safe spot next to hotel. All in all very nice place to stay near city centre and near train station.

Location and hotel is very good. Staff needs better training, indicated a service was included on checking in and voided it when checking out resulting in an unsuspected charge back ruining the overall stay.
