Riffelalp Resort 2222m - Ski-in & Ski-Out

โรงแรมที่สะดวกสบายถึงแม้สระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งจะไม่ใหญ่นักแต่การได้เพลิดเพลินกับวิว Matterhorn ขณะนวดก็เพลิดเพลินมาก! นอกจากนี้โรงแรมยังมีเส้นทางเดินป่าและเส้นทางปั่นจักรยานหลายเส้นทางซึ่งค่อนข้างดี นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการอาหารในห้องอาหารอีกด้วย

ครั้งนี้ฉันจองห้อง Matterhorn 2 ห้องเป็นเวลา 2 คืนพร้อมลูกๆ 3 คน ฉันคิดว่าสไตล์การตกแต่งของโรงแรมมีความคลาสสิกและเป็นธรรมชาติ ผสมผสานกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัยได้อย่างลงตัวโดยไม่รู้สึกว่าไม่สอดคล้องกัน พนักงานเสิร์ฟมีความอ่อนโยน อดทน และมีน้ำใจ ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับการชื่นชม Matterhorn!

All perfect, the surroundings, the location, the hotel infrastructure and services, well curated in every detail. Guest is taken care of and spoiled from arrival to the parking in Tasch up to the door of the room. Completely hassle/free. The common areas are beautiful and well diversified with enjoyable entertainment/playroom. If I need to be really peaky and demanding, I would make 2 points: 1/ the internal swimming pool water is coldish… not really inviting to plunge into 2/ the fitness area is a bit understated compared to the rest of the facility. Think it should be made bigger and better equipped

Riffelalp resort was one of the best experiences of our time in Switzerland. Our experiences of the hotel, even just for 2 nights, were exceptional. The staff in every communication before arrival was extremely informative and very pleasant. At the hotel, people were exceptionally helpful and kind. The hotel itself is located on the side of the mountain with one of the most stunning views of the Matterhorn that you could ever imagine (weather cooperating, of course!). The hotel itself is lovely, with excellent restaurants and a cozy bar with amazing views. I was concerned that beds would be too hard, but they were comfortable, and our junior suite was lovely. My husband has mobility issues, but they were not a problem here with an elevator to get to our floor. Getting to the hotel required that we take the Gornergrat cog rail from Zermatt, which initially concerned me, but actually, it is quite easy to get both to/from Zermatt and to the top where other stunning views can of the Matterhorn and Alps can be seen. The staff has quite an organized system for transporting luggage from the hotel down to the train station in Zermatt so that you don't have to worry about it. It is a short walk (8 minutes) to from the hotel to the cog rail, or there is a tram that can take you. Rifflealp is about midway between Zermatt and the top, and there is a lot of good hiking possible. But the two best things about Riffelalp Resort are the smell of the trees and the oxygen in the air as you walk to and from the railway. But also the absolute SILENCE of the place -- no cars, sirens, just the still, calm, sound of human voices and nature. My only regret was that we could not spend more than 2 nights here -- I give any traveler considering it an enthusiastic and passionate "YES" recommendation.

Fabulous resort above Zermatt with wonderful staff & facilities. Great place for a family holiday, great skiing, dining options & evening activities which mean you do not need to leave the property. However the wonderful town of Zermatt is only 3 stops away on the train if you want to get out for awhile to a picture postcard Alpine village. Only issue is it is very expensive, more so than other resorts in the area & world which hinder a return visit for most!!!

If I could add a star I would. My mom and I had the best time ever in Hotel Riffelalp. Our room faced the Matterhorn and mountains in this enchanting landscape. The hotel is splendid in every detail. The staff is helpful, kind, fantastic and made us feel at home. The morning brunch is such a delight from the champagne to the Swiss cheese-charcuterie boards giving us a taste of the best quality and varied food. The service is impeccable. We also enjoyed the amazing outdoor and indoor pool and relaxed while contemplating the majestic Matterhorn. The spa is huge and fantastic with many different areas. My mom and I will go back as soon as we can and we thank the amazing team for making this trip so memorable.

This place was amazing. The staff are incredible, location absolutely spot on, rooms are gorgeous and quiet!!! Unlike Cervo!!! Don’t go there. Riffelalp is truly ski in ski out unlike other places claiming to be. All the restaurants are good, with great wine selections.

Riffelalp Resort is beyond beautiful. The location is great and the views are amazing. The building is really nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food and drinks are great here. The team is friendly, courteous and professional.
