Good location closed to train station and many resturant. Have good breakfast and bar area. Free parking only 6pm to 9am. Hotel is decent

在workingham位置方便， 旁邊有大型超級市場。 雷丁20分鐘車程距離，算是方便。 會再次入住。 在酒店裡有泊車場機晚上9至 早上九時免費，超時要付費，必須留意停車場收費！ 有出錯是要罰款的。

We stayed at Premier Inn Wokingham town centre 15/12/24 to 17/12/24. Our stay started off great when we entered our room to a birthday card balloon and present as it was 30th birthday and my mum had previously left a note on our booking to say it was my birthday. Although we did check in ourselves as there was no staff around. Until the machine stopped working and we had to wait 10 Minutes for someone to sort the keys out. Our room was not serviced when we got back to our room but was told we should have put the sign on our room. We had no sign to put on our door. This lady on reception responded oh well bring your rubbish and cups down and i will give you new ones. 4 trips later it was finally sorted. Breakfast on our first morning, the fruit salad consisted on one fruit. No crumpets, no muffins. We even had to ask the chef to put fresh beans on as the ones in the tray were stuck to the pan. Second morning at breakfast, no members of staff was around so we walked in without them. When they did appear no one approached us to say good morning or take our room number. We then checked out to again no member of staff around at all. To ask how our stay was ect. In total for our stay i think we saw one member off stay at reception and thats only because we had to wait and ask. What happened to receptionist having conversations with their guests and asking about their stay? I would have said this all to the receptionist but there was no one around.
