Great pool and hot tub, nice amount of space in the rooms, even though a bit dated. The beds were comfortable and great having a full kitchen. Breakfast was servicable and made my kids happy.

We had a room with a full kitchen. When I went to make a pot of coffee, I discovered that the coffee pot had not been cleaned in a very long time as there was still a filter with used grounds covered in mold!
Lighting was poor in the outdoor walkways and the outdoor stairs were covered with mildew and were very slippery. Our bathtub had a huge brown stain in the middle of it. The area under the kitchen sink was rotten and the fix was a piece of contact paper. The sink had a garbage disposal which had no cover, so items could fall into the disposal. There were two bathrooms, and only one facecloth between the two bathrooms. Overall, just an unkept property. I had high hopes because of the pictures on *******. Very disappointed.

The staff were fine for check in but, no one was at the desk after that. I had two minor issues that I could find no one to help resolve.
No one at front desk either by phone or when I went to the front desk.
This is a security problem too anyone could have just gone into the office.

The reception was coughing when she arrived at the counter. Room was dirty. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. In front of the toilet was dirty. The vent in the bathroom had dust all over it. Dust webs on the stucco ceiling.

I was amazed at the quality of service and the quality of the rooms at such a low price. Large, comfortable, clean beds. Walls, floors, counters, furniture… everything kept clean and spotless! Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Full size refrigerator and freezer. Full size dish washer and cooking range. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

We paid an extra to have a room with a fireplace and we couldn't use it. We chose an hotel with a pool, the pool was closed. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were water damage stains on the ceiling and bathroom door. Bathtub was rusty. Shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. The exterior looked run-down and is in need of major maintenance.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Room was dusty, especially up high. One bathroom had not been cleaned completely. Few amenities like soap. Probably not worth the price i paid.

This was a pleasant stay, friendly staff and liked the complimentary breakfast. Disappointed that I looked forward to a glass of OJ, settled for AJ. No decaf coffee either. Loved the cornbeef hash! Spacious room with amenities. Additional expense for fireplace wood so decided to do without
Will consider to return in the summer!
