Delta Hotels by Marriott Wichita Falls Convention Center

The lobby area is very pretty. The bar staff was super nice. The only issue I had was the shower was luke warm at best.

Had great expectations for this hotel and was very excited to stay here! Unfortunately, expectations were not met. While this is a nice hotel according to the eyes, overall I did not feel safe here. As a woman traveling alone, I do not recommend. Stayed 3 nights and had an issue at my room each one. First night, had to call security because there was a random man banging on my door and yelling which left me feeling scared to go to sleep. Second day, housekeeping staff was rude, did not clean room as asked and again had people messing with my door. 3rd day was told I got a noise complaint for using provided speaker in the room. My concern is the bar downstairs. It stays open late and seems to bring in a lot of traffic other than people staying at the hotel. I don’t know how the hotel can keep up with all of these people and in my opinion they showed that the cannot. With each of my complaints about feeling unsafe and room not being cleaned I was told “they were just busy”. Not an excuse and would not go back here without my husband. We did go to the steakhouse the last evening and while the service was just average the food was pretty good and I would go back to the restaurant.

We had a fantastic time with our stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Happy New Year.

The room was very dusty under the bathroom cabinet and under the nightstand. Dust was visible and thick!

Hotel was beautiful, beds were comfortable to me. Only issue was the water situation, we never had any hot water. Luke warm @ best.

Everything was fine considering the time of year we were there. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are not ideal anywhere, but we understand some things wont be open or available this time of year. The only dislike or recommendation would be some designated dog park or area, instead of up and down the medians. Staff was very nice and seemed well trained.

This hotel is new. It is amazing and the service is top notch. Juan at the bar and restaurant is phenomenal. He is very proud of the hotel. It's nice to see employees take ownership.

My family and I stayed here and it was incredible! From the time I checked in until I checked out! The staff is so friendly and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have never been to a hotel that had staff as pleasant as every single person I encountered. We went to the restaurant while we were there and had dinner and breakfast. Everything is fresh and made to perfection! If I go to Wichita Falls again I will definitely stay here!

Wonderful edition to the downtown area of Wichita Falls. Very impressed with this hotel in every aspect. I have stayed in many hotels of all levels and I can honestly say this has been one of the nicer, most comfortable hotels all around that I have stayed in. I will look forward to staying here again in the future.
