I always love my stays at chateau Victoria. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and they will always go above and beyond for you. I have had no problems getting late check outs. The service is always on point.

先月に続き2度目の宿泊です。やはりロケーションよく便利。アメニティは最低限ですが問題なし。
18階からのレストランの眺望もよくお食事もボリューミーで美味しかったです。
コンパクトだからこその使い勝手の良さを感じます。

一家人出遊定了兩個套房 地方挺大
酒店有翻新過可是還是看的出有些老舊的地方
沒有中央空調，衹有房間裏有一個移動式空調，客廳的床晚上睡覺還是有些熱
員工服務很好每天早上經過前台都很熱情跟我們打招呼聊天

房間很乾凈 但是某些設備有點老舊（比如燒水壺）當時住一樓外面就是停車場 稍微有點不舒服 其他都不錯 前台服務特別特別好

The hotel is amazing and located in the middle of the city with many restaurants and attractions minutes away. The staff were accommodating to our needs and very friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. The views from the 18th floor are breathtaking. There is an additional parking fee of 20$ a night but that was a small price to pay in that area. They also offer a shuttle service but we did not use it this time. We plan to book another family vacation here again it was great.

The staff are wonderful and amazing attention to detail. We were upgraded to a better room. Couldn’t have been better for my daughters birthday! Have stayed at other hotels nearby but have not had the level of service as we have here.
