Loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is very well located. We liked the ease of coming and going and the scan code to enter our bedroom and front door were very easy to use. We would have liked a safe for our passports and valuables. We would have liked a few spoons & mugs for our tea. A full length mirror in the room would have been useful.

I was more then satisfied with this accomodation. The location is perfect, can not be better, just few steps away from San Marco Piazza. It was recently renovated, so the rooms are in perfect conditions, every detail very well designed and functional. The room was spacious enough for us and everything was so clean and shiny. The interior design of the room really impressed us - totally Venetian style. We felt like duke and duchess. Also the personal was super kind to us, we asked for early check in and we also left luggage the last day till evening and that was not a problem at all. I would warmly recommend everyone this stay. It was really amazing.

Central location, two minutes walk from San Marco square and five minutes from Rialto. Very comfortable bed and really nice shower. All rooms have been recently refurbished. Very quiet street with no noise at night apart from the air conditioning engine which is something understandable. Giulia was very helpful and helped us with all our requests. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Venice.

PRO: la posizione, l'arredamento, la pulizia, letto lenzuola, accessori bagno, doccia ampia, la gentilezza di Barbara e la disponibilità di Giulia, acqua liscia e frizzante, aria condizionata, Checkin anticipato una manna, prezzi contenuti per Venezia. CONTRO:per chi è abituato a stanze grandi potrebbe rimanere deluso. Scala di accesso un pò stretta.

Bellissimo soggiorno nel pieno cuore di Venezia, a due passi da San Marco e 1 min a piedi da teatro La Fenice. Camera molto pulita, molto attenti ai particolari ed estremamente silenzioso. La ragazza é stata gentilissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Non mancheremo a ritornarci ❤️ Grazie

Posto ideale e tranquillo per soggiornare a Venezia. Situata in pieno centro la struttura ha camere con arredamento nuovo e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è stata servita in camera e questo ci ha fatto molto piacere; un ulteriore punto a favore.

Tre finestre in sala con affaccio sul Canal Grande, ti puoi sedere (devi essere un po' elastico) nello spazio del balconcino e restare li' per tutta la permanenza a guardare la navigazione di gondole taxi battelli ed altro. Un film. Poi cambia la scena con la luce del tramonto la sera la notte. Un teatro. La stanza? E chi l'ha vista...so che c'erano divani letti anche un pianoforte molti libri ma a questo pensava mia moglie, io ero il Barone rampante di Calvino appollaiato sul balconcino e mi facevo passare cibo e bevande per i 3 giorni. Un romanzo.
