Lovely hotel. We did experience a bad odor in the bathroom that they addressed when we brought it to their attention (from the shower drain?), but it seems odd the customer would have to note that (and it was back again to a lesser extent the next morning).

Beautiful and comfortable hotel im historic settings. Friendly staff, and impressive jugend style building with grand staircase and chandeliers in the oldest parts, and a cool retro style in the part from the 60's. Luxury for very reasonable rates. Extensive breakfast buffet in spacious historical rooms. One of our rooms was a birthday gift, and we were given an upgrade, which made the stay a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

My third time at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard and sleep was not good.

Bra service o fint hotell. Något "tunna" väggar ut mot gatan - vaknade av glada nattsuddare vid 03.00. Tacksam för att öronproppar gick att få ifrån receptionen.

An excellent hotel with a great location, rooms and breakfast. However, a HUGE minus is parking... not enough parking slots for the hotel guests, and very unclear signs within the premises. I got 1000kr parking fine just by the main door of the hotel while spent 2min inside checking-in, dropping off the luggage, and asking where to park. Even if the staff knew where my car was parked, there was no warning and only afterwards I was told that the slot was not within hotel premises and therefore not their problem. As a visitor, you would not know this as there were no signs. Left a very bad taste in mouth - and I'm sure I wasn't the first (or last) guest, who experienced this. I hope this feedback helps other guests to save money until the hotel decides to provide clear signage and information, instead of providing regular income for the council.
