The stay in the hotel is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the preferences as a status customer were not taken into account at check-in. The breakfast is very good. It is best to arrive a little later, then the breakfast room is not so full.

The hotel is located in a great place, but to my great surprise there was no warm water in the shower. As a local, I know how the taps work, so that wasn’t the issue. This is not a cheap place, and warm water has never been an issue in Finland in any hotel of any price. Since it was late, I did not contact the reception. In the morning it was too busy to get a word on with the staff. I am very disappointed.

Location in middle on city, easy to move on Turku. Everything in Turku is near. Public Transportation Hub is near. Safe garage, driving in to garage can be challenging, marks are not so clear. Good breakfast. Reasonable price for overnight.

Great hotel with very polite staff and the hotel is in the center of town. the hotel is easy to find by car and parking is very close. Around the hotel there are a lot of resturants and bars, but during the night it eas quite in the room

Plaza has an excellent location, the whole city center is reachable by foot and all main sights are within walking distance. Friendly staff and good service. Room size is reasonable, good beds but bathrooms are badly out of date. The shower corner is so small that an average size person has difficulties to get in. After having a shower the whole bathroon floor is flooding with water and needs to be dried before anyone else can step in. Excellent breakfast.

I just love this place. And it looks architecturally cool – it has a very smooth early modernistic vibe. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was super friendly to me considering the fact that I was pretty devastated by the news I got in that weekend.

This is the kind of hotel we chose to host us for a couple of nights enabling us to attend to our program elsewhere. Central location appreciated. The room has what can be expected, the breakfast likewise. But nothing more. Functional. That’s it.
