The resort from outside looks very nice, but that all what I can say nice thing about this place. The beach side very poor, too far to walk. Transportation inside hotels almost not existed. Food less then average. The specialist restaurants almost not eatable. All together less then average, I would definitely never come back to this resort…

Bahia Principe Grand Coba was an excellent all inclusive. The buffet had good food, and the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Staff was friendly, efficient, and made the stay much more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! First time back after 8 years and they have a done a great job keeping the place in great shape. The hospitality, entertainment crew and food was great. Will go back again.

The friendliness and the cleanliness. Lots of activities but also quiet areas if you prefer. Had the best massage ever with Lesley at the spa.
The only thing was only given 2 a la carte choices for entire stay and everything was booked solid. Finally after lining up was able to get into a couple but they were not that great. Rice was raw and main was burnt. The buffet was actually better afterall.

Veriety of food is too much and unnecessary in Coba. Make it the same as Tulum.
Japanese restaurant did not have a great food selection and choice.
Transportation was expensive a at the lobby desk. 220USD to cancun airpory is very expensive!

Overall this is a very nice resort with lots of amenities, good restaurants and EXCELLENT SERVICE. The entertainment was good and there’s always lots for kids to do. (We travelled here with a 4,6 and 13 year old) The beach area is great compared to the surrounding resorts and the pools are also nice and big and always available.
I would recommend this very large resort to any family or group for sure. Just not a couple as a romantic destination.
Thank you to the wonderful staff who made this experience so great!!

Beautiful vacation, and beautiful pools. Joining the Facebook group ahead of time really helped with general knowledge, and answered any questions. I didnt prefer building 18 on the highway side as was loud at night with traffic, and didnt seem relaxing, but if it had been on other side of building it was a great location. Great buffet, a la cartes were competitive to get if didnt book 10 days in advance, but i know for next time. Beach was great, even for Coba guests as it was rocky, but we knew ahead of time so brought water shoes. Go to every show as they are amazing. The entertainment staff are hard workers and we enjoyed everything they had to offer. Eder, Yoda, Iran and Valentine Cupid guy. We loved all of them❤️🌴 Also show up 15-20 mins early for morning bike rides..they are super fun. We will be back!! Hopefully rooms get a facelift by then as they are super basic and rustic, but not a deal breaker. We loved our visit to Bahia Coba 🌴☀️

The staff and entertainment were great!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was always something going on or something to do. The rooms were very outdated and need work
