"A very nice apartment: spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, quiet, and secure. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained, and there are two beautiful swimming pools. The only drawback is its location, which isn't specified in the listing. The complex is situated on a hill, making access somewhat difficult, far from activities, and with no nearby public transportation. It's accessible by taxi and tuk-tuk. The nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk away, as is the supermarket! The price is a bit high considering the location, and a daily shuttle service at certain times would be beneficial. It's a very pleasant place for a relaxing holiday, but the city center, with its lively atmosphere, is also nearby."

"We stayed at W Residences Algarve in November 2025 and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, with a lovely terrace and a well-equipped kitchenette. The property itself is large and stunning, with great facilities. The gym was also ver Y good — well-equipped and a pleasure to work out in. We also loved the bar with its modern interiors and vibrant vibe. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay — easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Europe."

"The room was much bigger than we first expected. Not the room type we were expecting but the room seemed to be upgraded with a larger bed and room size. Liked how the hotel embrace sustainability by having wooden room cards and paper made hangers, my friend and I really enjoyed the stay without the kids' noises. The swings on 5th Floor were quite fun, so as the sunbathing area on 6th floor. Sound cancellation was superb as the hotel locates at the noisest area of Albufeira but we cannot hear any music when we stepped into the room. Otherwise, there's two entrance which can get you to different part of Albufeira, therefore overall it is very convenience. Will look forward to visit the hotel again."

"Agree with others this was not a 4* . The breakfast was good and loation is close to some local beaches with the usual facilities. Staff were variable from lovely to extremely rude for tourist workers. Housekeeping was also variable. Reasonable but not a luxury stay and not really worth the money."

"So we were in our room, we had to leave at 11am to do the check out, but no one called to the room or know on the room so we really tought that we could stay longer. Then in the middle of nowhere, the receptionist a lady of older age enters in the room without knowing and starts screaming that we should have left at 11am, it was 13pm. She was super and there was no need to act like that, what if we were naked or pooping ? We will never came back."

"The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the city center and right next to the beach. It is charmingly decorated and has a great view towards the city and the ocean. Some things are a bit old and could be better cared for. Our room could definitely use a renovation but still retains a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast organization today, not enough plates and cutlery and most no one to lift up the tables. Food was also scarse but tasty."

"I don’t recommend this hotel very much. The rooms are very dirty and the facilities are too old and severely aged. I don’t know what kind of stains are on the pillowcases on the bed. The waiter who called me changed them as if nothing had happened. When I opened the curtains, there were stains all over the floor. The gray and hair are so disgusting, the dark corridors are eerie and weird, the breakfast is terrible and there are very few varieties, and I feel bad living here. The hotel was being renovated every day during my stay, and the swimming pool was closed. The price/performance ratio is super low."
