The guest house is very beautiful, tidy and clean, And the service received from the staff was excellent, the people is friendly and very accommodating. highly recommended. Situated in a nice area. thanks for the good service.

In a nice, quiet neighborhood, gives a comfortable start to guests to relax. Tea/Coffee station in the rooms, clean linens on the beds, air conditioning in the rooms. The swimming pool is a nice touch

Very warm and friendly hostess. Neat and comfortable beds. Very clean. Location is very close to hospitals. Situated in a very quiet area. Sparkling clean pool with loads of seating en beautiful gardens

We had a wonderful stay at Xaviera Guest House. Annatjie was very accommodating to ensure my daughter whom had difficulty with movement was comfortable at all times. It is well located, close to the hospital, shops and restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely recommend it to anyone whom have a need to stay in the area. Corné

I received such a warm welcome. Everything is clean and neat and I could unwind after a long day with quick cool off swim and a glass of wine at the pool in the beautiful garden. I definitely recommend this guest house.
