"This is the first time I've had such a bad experience with a Fletcher Hotel. At the beginning of the year, I was looking for a quiet place to plan my stay. But this hotel was terrible. I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, and my room wasn't cleaned a single day. I was also given a different room type than the one I booked. The room was cold, and the heating wasn't working properly. I reported this to reception, but they made no effort to help me. The photos on the website clearly show which rooms have a coffee maker and which don't. The room I stayed in didn't have one. When I asked reception, they said that none of the rooms have one anymore. My question was: why does the website show one? I simply felt "catfished." Everything I saw in the photos was different in real life. The location is beautiful: you can walk in the woods. But the hotel itself is very poor. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel."
