I was very very pleased surprised! I love my stay here and it should for sure can be a 4 star hotel. Just excellent hotel: very clean, very well maintained and the location is perfect. The room with the balcony that oversee the lake, quite at night and amazing view. The breakfast is very good, everything your may what is there. Thank you! I will be back here for sure.

Great hotel very near the Garda lake. Nice, good staff. Great restaurant, tasty dishes. Clean room, great view out the window. It was a great time my family (me, wife and two kids) spent here. I'd like to visit hotel Benaco again. Thanks, Benaco)

Hotel Benaco is very well placed close to the Garda Lake and all the holiday attractions related. The service is on top level.Can recommend to all planning holidays at Garda Lake. We intend to come back to Benaco Hotel in the future.

Lovely, clean hotel, friendly staff, superb buffet breakfast and a view like none other!! Perfect location. We hired a car and started our day with the buffet breakfast and then headed off. Would certainly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at the hotel, good breakfast included, reasonable price, place really well located. I would just mention that we tried to have an aperitive at their restaurant, there were like 10 tables available outside and it would have taken 20 minutes before going out for dinner, but it was not possible even if we were guests as they said that the tables are only for having dinner. I didn’t find it polite.

The location is great. Spotlessly clean rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, always smiling:) great value for money. I will definaly come back. The best breakfast buffet we ever had in Italy trip.

We travelled during a heatwave and pleasantly found a room available with ac on short notice. A woman in the reception helped us to look at the room. Good value for the money and nice room. The breakfast was a bit simple though but nice.

Very cosy, clean hotel. Good restaurant. Stuff was very friendly. Excellent location near the lake cost. We travelled with a big family and 2 dogs and like staying in the hotel. Maybe three are a lot of people moving around.

This hotel is not welcoming to the British. I have never been treated so badly in a hotel like this one. We made to feel like dirt. Room not made up. If I asked for anything I was made to feel ashamed
