ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมืองและบริเวณโดยรอบมีความคึกคักและสะดวกต่อการเดินทางมาก บางทีมันอาจจะเป็นกฎ ระหว่างการเข้าพัก หนังสือเดินทางจะถูกรวบรวมและวางไว้ในตู้ที่อยู่ด้านหลังแผนกต้อนรับ ส่วนเรื่องเครื่องนอน หน้าต่างห้องของเราหันไปทางจัตุรัส ซึ่งตอนกลางคืนคึกคักมาก~

เราพักที่แพนโดร่าสองคืนและรู้สึกดี เตียงนุ่มเราพบว่าดีมาก ห้องน้ํามีหินอ่อนเก๋ไก๋ พนักงานต้อนรับดีให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก เขาอธิบายจุดจอดที่ใกล้ที่สุดจากที่เดินทางไปใจกลางใน 10 นาที (ในราคา 1 ยูโร) เราไปรับที่ร้านเบเกอร์อยู่ติดกับ Croissants และ Berek เขาให้อาหารและกาแฟให้เรา ดีมาก เรายังให้ซักผ้าซึ่งราคามากและทําอย่างรวดเร็ว บริเวณรอบๆ โรงแรม ค่อนข้างแย่ แต่ไม่เป็นอันตราย เราจะจองที่นั่นทันที

ฉันเคยไปหลายประเทศและในโรงแรมทุกประเภทบางครั้งฉันได้สัมผัสเพื่อขอ ”เช็คเอาท์ล่วงเวลา” หรือ ”ทางออกล่าช้า” เดียวกันเพราะเที่ยวบินกลับบ้านของฉันสายเกินไปในวันนั้น ในกรณีนี้ฉันจ่ายเงินเกือบ 600 ยูโรสําหรับเกือบ 2 คืนมันเป็น 3 คืน แต่คืนแรกฉันมาถึงสนามบินตอนตี 2 คือเกือบ 2 คืน เมื่อในแอลเบเนียโรงแรมราคาถูกมาก แต่ฉันชอบจับโซ่ที่รู้จักโดยบังเอิญ และเมื่อฉันขอเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้า 2 ชั่วโมงเพราะเที่ยวบินของฉันออกเวลา 6:50 น. พวกเขาบอก NOOOO เมื่อโรงแรมเพิ่งก้าวขึ้นและเกือบจะว่างเปล่า!!!!!! ฉันคิดว่ามันแย่มาก ฉันต้องกลับไปที่เทรนและกินดึกมาก ฉันจึงสามารถทําเวลาได้ถึง 16:00 น. ฉันไปสนามบิน ฉันคิดว่าฉันแนะนําโรงแรม? ไม่!!!! , ฉันคิดว่าฉันจะกลับมา??? ไม่!!!! ร้านอาหาร Terra ของโรงแรมมีราคาแพงมาก และดูเหมือนว่าฉันแทบจะไม่มีอะไรแปลกใจเลย แต่ความแตกต่างของราคากับส่วนที่เหลือของเมืองทําให้ฉันประหลาดใจมาก เราขอเนื้อแกะขนาดเล็กและซี่โครงแองกัสและน้ําสองแห่งเมื่อเราอยู่ที่ร้านอาหาร ERA ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากโรงแรม 50 เมตร TripAdvisor แนะนําและให้เราใช้ริซอตโต้แสนอร่อย และไม้แองกัส 2 แท่ง 1.200 กรัมพร้อมลูกศรและเครื่องตกแต่งผักขนมปังมากขึ้นน้ําอีก 2 น้ําเพิ่มเติมบวกกับ Pepsi Max OJO 53 ยูโรบ้า ทุกอย่างดีมากดังนั้นราคาโรงแรมจึงไม่สมเหตุสมผล โรงแรมสวย?? ใช่!!! ,สบายไหม??? ใช่!!! เกือบจะใหม่ เพิ่งเปิดใหม่ แต่นั่นไม่ได้ให้สิทธิ์คุณถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มอีก 5 เท่าสําหรับการรับประทานอาหารในสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของคุณ ห่างจากจัตุรัส Skanderbeg 1 กิโลเมตรขึ้นไป และทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการเยี่ยมชมเมืองหลวง ของแอลเบเนีย ขอบคุณครับ

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights wanting some peace and quiet after exploring the city and mountains. The hotel looks very nice when you ses it and the spa area was good . The rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink however the food was poor and the service very slow . On two of our 3 nights we could here very loud music until gone 2am , we rang down to reception and eventually it stopped . The rooftop bar is very lively at night and I belive they had a function on . Beware If you want a good night's sleep you probably won't get it here . I did make a complaint but nothing was said or done .

We booked a room to ourselves so had separate toilet and shower. Nice room, although barely space to put stuff on but considering the price and location, still excellent value for money. Melissa and her sister (we'd assume she is your sister Melissa, so very sorry if we got it wrong) are very nice, Melissa answered our questions of how to get where and recommended a nice restaurant. No kettle in the room but downstairs kitchen is for shared use - you can borrow cutleries and mugs/glasses, just ensure they are returned promptly. I saw some residents using the cooker etc. to cook meals, but we didn't do that. Guess would be handy. Nowhere to hang up washing in our family room but again, you can borrow coat hangers and there is an airer in the garden, so all basic needs are sorted. All guests we had talked to were very friendly too. If anything during our stay that was a bit strange, may I just mention (politely), was the lady working at the breakfast, I did not get her name because we barely had any conversation with her (as we usually do naturally and pleasantly with other service staff, everywhere we visit), but from our first ever communication with her, we felt that she was not very approachable. We felt as if we were being scrutinised and the contact was just cold, with reflection, we couldn't think of anything that we had done wrong, and deemed ourselves good guests (like we already clean after ourselves and were always polite), and we did not eat a ridiculous amount of food compared to other guests we had observed (it's a breakfast buffet upon booking, right?), so we couldn't think of any reason why we felt the lady was not very willing to help us from our 1st morning in the kitchen (a big contrast to Melissa and her sister). Not sure if there was any miscommunication or simply personal bias, what bothered us more was the lady seemed a lot nicer to some other guests (and when I checked again the reviews, there were lots of nice mentions of the breakfast lady, which just made we feel even worse, though we were not sure if those were talking about the same lady), Anyway, I tried not to take it personal and we had no idea why it made us feel that way, but this was the only thing that made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, every thing else was very good, so overall, we should give a top score. It’s a new and Cosy hotel. Very Clean. The Personnel are Extremely Nice & Trying to help customers with their utmost possible ways. The good thing is that, you can see their Goodwill from their faces. For sure all the good attitude of the personnel is coming from the Manager of the hotel, Mr. Bulent Suzer. I saw all the time that he is taking care of all the details & and all the needs of the personnel also. And I saw that he kept the personnel with a very positive & happy mood all the time. Seeing his great efforts, the personnel are also trying to do their best to the customers. I want to Congratulate Mr. Suzer for his efforts & by keeping the personnel in such a positive mood. The receptionists, the housekeepers, the securities, the food&beverage people, the manager lady of the breakfast all were very nice. Definitely I will come back to this hotel.

As requested by receptionists I post the review- unfortunately it cannot be positive. We arrived on Thursday afternoon (SEP 8 2022). First of all we were disappointed by impolite service in the restaurant that we used twice- for the lunch and for the dinner. During the lunch we were served by the waitress (black pony-tailed hair) who was impolite, impatient and angry. She was confusing the price of house wine several times- once she was saying the price of 800 LEK, shortly after the price increased to 8000 LEK, then 800 LEK again and suddenly she showed her disapproval that we dare to ask of the price of house wine as ”it is so cheap as 80 EUR”. Maybe 80 EUR for the house wine is cheap for the well-paid waitress but we do not consider it to be adequate price. During the evening we were lucky not to be served by Her. Restaurant manager came, took the order and professionally delivered pastas and drinks we ordered. Then nightmare started again as angry, stressed and tired (the same) waitress came and stated that ”she does not know if / and what kind of/dessert is left and we can go to the other bar and ask them”. Seriously? You have desserts in the menu and when I ordered panna cotta and tiramisu I must go to different place to ask it it is still available? This is not a treatment I would expect in a cheap meat shop, not in an aspiring 4 star hotel. This situation forced me to write the review. Hotel itself is pathetic with urgent need of maintanence- in our room nr 101 shower hand holder was falling apart whenever I was trying to move it, fridge did not produce any cold, water did not drain from the bidet and shower gel was so small that was not enogh to take even one shower, for one person. Plenty of insects in the outside pool, water needs impovement too. There is plenty cheaper hotels literally a few steps away where price- quality ratio will be much more honest. And perhaps their staff will not treat the guests as intruders who dare to ask for the price of ”house wine that is that cheap as 80 EUR”. Atmosphere in Best Western Ark at Rinas Airport is dense and the staff treats the guests condescendingly. There are jumping around the people who come for a dinner well-dressed (pretending to be much posh than they really are) serving them free shots whereas ignoring the people who come in casual clothes and telling to go for the desserts elsewhere. It is really strange that from all the guests ordering from the same menu only some get special treatment, even free shots and the others are not even served properly. The staff should definitely improve English. For us Best Western proved again that they are below standards or their much better competitors.
