Excellent facilities and convenient location. The staff very friendly and supportive, However it’s a bit too close to the highway so you do get noise from traffic.

Location-wise was really inconvenient if you do not have a car. It is located on an extremely busy highway, and it is a trek along the roadside to get to the bus depot or the bus stop. It is a 5min walk from the bus depot that has airport shuttles, which would take you about 30-45 minutes either way. It takes around 40 minutes to get into the city from the bus stop. The breakfast really did not meet standards for a Mercure hotel; the variety was extremely limited, and the food didn't seem very fresh either. I wouldn't bother with paying the extra for breakfast. The room was clean and seemed new from the smell, and it was very decent. The gym was quite unhygienic. I had the room to myself, but there were used towels and cups everywhere, and the ventilation wasn't great.

Nice hotel and the breakfast was also great. Staff were lovely and helpful as they even called us a taxi etc. only downside is that it’s just off the main highway so can get loud with traffic noises etc. but apart from that it’s a great hotel and feels much newer.

We paid for the air conditioning and also for the swimming pools but they stop us from going to the pool and also no air condition

Great hotel with clean rooms, excellent staff, and very good breakfast. The service was outstanding and the facilities, including the rooftop pool, were a nice touch. Not right in the city centre but easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Nothing wrong with the hotel if you want to avoid the city centre or have business out of town. Not an ideal location if you are a tourist though. The staff were an absolute delight, the rooms clean and minimalist.

Very clean, modern hotel. Everything seems like it's brand new. King bed was super comfortable, highly recommend. There was a male staff at the front desk who checked us in, we arrived around midnight, he was very friendly and spoke great english. Location is about a 15 minute drive / taxi into the city centre (be warned of the chaotic roads!)

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff and good breakfast as per the hotel standard. If ever back in Tirana, I know where to stay.

Very helpful team members, clean and 24/7 front desk. Breakfast comes with a variety of options.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet with a wide range of Albanian and continental dishes. The swimming pool on 8th floor is fab with sun loungers and toilet. There’s music in background which adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is not in the centre buy bus ride and taxi ride not too far away.

Staff are really kind and helpful. I highly recommend
